This waterfront home is set up to accommodate multiple families with space to spare. Incredible lake views allow for a dramatic finish to your days on the water. Enjoy the great outdoors on the 300 feet of sandy beach shoreline. The home is located on the public side of Lake Anna, with access to a dock and boat launch. Five beach chairs, five kayaks, three stand-up paddleboards, one canoe, and six luxury beach towels are available.

The two separate kitchens and two separate family rooms and dining areas make this the perfect home to gather your family and friends. A high chair, baby gates, a booster seat, and age-appropriate games and books are available for younger guests. Amenities include a pool table, home theater, Xbox, PS3, and board games. The boathouse has a jet ski slip, cleats to tie up your boat, and a water slide and swim ladder. The area has several vineyards, including Cooper Vineyard, a beautiful place to visit in the fall.

THINGS TO KNOW
All fishing will require a Virginia Fishing License.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.
The Floating lake trampoline will be at the home during warmer months - this is subject to change depending on availability and weather.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Dock details: A jet ski slip and cleats to tie up boats are available for guest use. All drivers of a motorized watercraft must have a Virginia Boater Safety License. There is also a waterslide.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved the place! It was perfect for our family of 13! Four different families! The property was great and swimming area at the lake was perfect for our 5 grandkids! Most likely will plan a future family vacation at Silver Sands!

Silver Sands- Beautiful retreat!

Our group of 20 highly recommends this house. The beach was perfect for all ages. The kids loved the water trampoline, water slide and dock. We felt like there was plenty of space to spread out- inside and outside. The house had a couple issues and the property manager lived very close, so he was able to help. It was a much appreciated retreat for our family!

Great place for a weekend get away

We were a group of 20 people with 10 kids and 10 adults over the weekend. The place was great with all necessary amenities provided, loads of space for sleeping, dinings, get togethers etc. There were enough facilities for entertainment like volley ball, kayaks for boating, backyard place for kids to play football etc. Place had enough facilities for people to relax like hot tub, hammock, fire pit, dining areas, family areas etc. Place was decently clean.

Awesome home and property

Spent four nights here with 26 people for the Thanksgiving holiday and the house had plenty of space for everyone to be together or have some alone time. The house and property were awesome. The only thing I would say as a negative was that the house could use some TLC as any house does that gets used this much would need. Thank you for the wonderful family memories and sharing your home with us.

Paradise getaway

Our book group thoroughly enjoyed our annual weekend at your home. The hot tub was ready to use, the towels, soaps and paper goods were more than we expected and are used to having. One note: no wine glasses so we drank European style in small juice cups. Loved the abundance of rooms and things to do. Had a ping pong tournament as well!! Hoping to visit again next year.

House and Property were great, but lots of Maintenace items need to be addressed. Lots of amenities have missing items or need repair. For example, Upstairs refrigerator was broken, and several beds need repairs.

Great stay overall

We love this property, this is the second time we stayed here! Everything was great other then I think he last guests spilled something on the pool table and it was molding. I sent a message to the property manager when we discovered it. (but that is a minor issue that is easily resolved) One of the bathrooms was a little dirty upon arrival (hair int he drain etc.) Other than that this house was perfect for our get together with friends! We will be back again!

Great Holiday Retreat

We were 4 families, house was large enough, the backyard/waterfront is where we spent most of the time. Its private, its fully stocked with kayaks for adults and children, the lake is gorgeous and calm, cool hammocks to lie in, picnic tables and chairs, and just overall a very nice cool place to hang out. If I would have to criticize, I would say that the technological systems were a bit complicated to figure out, we did not figure out how to use the music system, the HVAC system, the movie theatre, and the ice machine (in the refrigerator) wasnt working. In any case, we focused on the outdoors more than indoors. I would also say there were lots of cob webs all over the property, I dont know what's done about that, I just figured I'd mention it

Outstanding property!

This is a lovely property. The location is wonderful as it it just off the main part of the lake and has a spectacular view of the setting Sun. It has a great secluded yard and beach. You can only see and be seen by one other boat house. The yard is level and affords you the opportunity to play yard games like volleyball and badminton among others. There are lots of water toys and places to dock jetskis. The slide was a big hit as well. The house was great. There was ample space for our family of 14. It is well appointed and very comfortable. Our only complaint is with the property management… the house inside was wonderful however the yard was a mess, trash all over, boats in disarray and dirty towels laying about. This also meant there weren’t the stated amount of beach towels. We were told they couldn’t predict or promise an estimated time to remedy the issues. This is the problem with Vacasa management firm. For the amount we are paying for cleaning these things shouldn’t happen!
