"La Balerie" is a farmhouse that aims to be simple, comfortable and warm.
Located in the heart of this magnificent Bay of Mont Saint Michel, it is ideally placed for easy access to Mont Saint Michel and to discover the picturesque towns of Dinard, Dinan, Cancale, to the moving landing beaches, passing by the city walls from Saint Malo, Fougères, Granville, to the islands of Jersey and Guernsey.
After which, the peaceful calm of "La Balerie" will be an invitation to ask yourself and recharge your batteries.

We loved the location of the cottage - peaceful countryside, and good for visiting Mont St Michel. Very welcoming and friendly hosts, who gave us helpful local advice. The children also really enjoyed playing in the very large garden.

Perfect home base for Normandy visit!

This charming country cottage is delightfully rural with every modern convenience to make it a wonderful spot for a group of family or friends to gather for a Normandy holiday. It is spotlessly clean and uncluttered, attractively decorated, and comfortably furnished. It has two bedrooms appropriate for adult couple and a third with four single beds. The bathroom has two private WCs, two private showers, and two wash stations....and laundry! It allows a whole group to prepare for the day very quickly. The kitchen is well arranged and provides all you need to conveniently prepare and enjoy group meals. Please note that while lovely bed and kitchen linen is provided, guests need to bring bath towels. Grégoire was wonderfully accommodating and a warm welcoming host. We are eager to return!! Thank you!

Marie-Sophie et son époux sont très gentils, disponibles et l'accueil a été parfait. Le gite est top, spacieux, pratique, propre, bien équipé, lits faits à l'arrivée, avec un jardin magnifique et au calme. Le gîte est tres bien situé et à proximité des lieux à visiter. A ce sujet, Marie-Sophie et son époux sont de très bons conseils pour les bonnes adresses. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à La Balerie. Un accueil chaleureux, une propreté impeccable, le calme le jour comme la nuit... Cette maison est parfaitement située pour visiter le Mont Saint Michel mais aussi pour se rendre sur les belles plages de sable. Ce logement est idéal pour les familles avec enfants, les chambres sont spacieuses, le jardin comprend des jeux, la proximité avec les animaux (chevaux, vaches, chatons) ont ravi nos enfants! Nous recommandons sincèrement!

Petite semaine au Mont Saint Michel

Beau gîte au coeur de la baie du Mont-Saint-Michel. Le logement est très propre et bien agencé. Nous y sommes allés avec un enfant de 2 ans et mes parents. Parfait pour un coin au calme. Mon fils a adoré les chevaux et le jardin. Encore merci pour l'accueil.

Super gite tout près du Mont Saint Michel

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gite: bien situé (quelques km du Mont Saint Michel et qui permet aussi de rayonner facilement vers Saint Malo, Cancale, voire les plages du débarquement), spacieux, très confortable (literie, canapés,...) et bien équipé (vaisselle, équipement de cuisine, 2 wc et 2 douches, grange en cas de pluie,...). Nos hôtes étaient également accueillant, facilement accessibles et de bon conseils. Bref: nous recommandons ;)

Peace and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay in Tanis. The only problems we had we’re the heat, definitely out of their control and problems with wi for some reason. Otherwise a very pleasant, peaceful couple of days. The horses were beautiful to watch.
