Chelan’s Wine Country Retreat, w/ Pool, Walking Distance to Lake and Wine

Family friendly home located close to the lake and several wine tasting rooms.

Our home is an antique. A gem in the Manson/Chelan area. We appreciate its character, charm and quirks.

Sitting on 1 full acre in the town of Manson. It has a large private heated salt water pool, and plenty of outdoor space for hanging out, yard games and just enjoying the outdoors. There is a large deck off the kitchen/living room, as well as an even larger patio below , both of which overlook the pool. Not a Great Lake view, as we are very close to town and not up in the hills overlooking the lake.

**Dogs are welcome on approval only. If you be bring a dog without approval you are subject to eviction.
**dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the home or yard. You must kennel them in the house if your leaving. Do not tie dogs up in the yard. My landscaper and pool service needs to access the yard and can’t have dogs left unattended in the yard or pool areaThank you**

Pool is open from May - September only.

10 max . We offer several bedrooms to allow for flexible sleeping options, not meant for every bed to be in use. 3 bedrooms upstairs ( Two king rooms)

** propane BBQ on deck- propane not included. I supply a couple of full propane tanks at the beginning of the season, but I do not refill them. Some guests Grill 4 meals a day for a week, and it’s impossible to predict how much will be used. If the tank is empty, you can fill it at Red Apple in Manson. :)

Our home is almost 80 years old. Originally built in 1942, part of the home still has original details and charm. Plaster walls, original windows ( in living room), original wood floors in bedroom and vintage hardware. There was an addition put on in 2007, which brought a huge new kitchen and master suite above. Home has the best of both, warmth and charm with its history, and modern updates through out. We hope you enjoy all its quirks and charm as much as we do. :)

Chelan Wine Country Retreat

We stayed at the Chelan Wine Country Retreat for a guys golf weekend. The property worked perfectly for us. The location in Manson was excellent since it is just minutes from Chelan with many restaurants. We played golf in Brewster, E. Wenatchee, Orondo and Chelan so Manson was centrally located. The property has plenty of room and has everything you need. The weather was t quite warm enough to use the pool but it looked great. I would highly recommend this property for a stay in the Chelan area.

Green Acres

Nice house, good location, great pool, lots of room for all! Only complaint I heard all weekend was the quality of the mattresses, way too soft. Everyone loved the pool, and we all got our turn at the BBQ. Overall an enjoyable weekend.

Nice location and amenities

We stayed over Labor Day weekend and it was a quick walk to downtown Manson for activities plus the pool was great. It's a comfortable, large home with a large yard for dogs, and the kitchen has all the essentials. Easy check in and out. Very friendly and responsive hosts.

Lakehouse family retreat

This Lakehouse offers a space large enough for several couples and children to enjoy a relaxing getaway together. We enjoyed having enough bedrooms for everyone as well as large common space in the kitchen, dining areas and outdoor patio. We found everything clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances that we needed. We took a short walk every night to the downtown and lakeside areas. It was in close proximity to wineries, restaurants, and even Pickleball courts! The owner, Shannon, was always very responsive, and helpful whenever I had questions about the property. Everyone with us enjoyed themselves, and agreed that they would definitely return here!

Great time

The pool was fabulous and started and ended each day at the pool. The house is located close to the lake, winaries, etc. Easy to get around and a safe neighborhood

We have been sharing our home with vacationers for almost 5 years! This year we decided to manage our property ourselves. We love getting to Chelan as often as possible, and hope you enjoy your stay as well.

Why they chose this property

Our home is located in the heart of Manson. Walking distance to the lake and tons of wine tasting rooms. The property is huge, and we love it! Our home is unique, eclectic and special to us. Its both an old farmhouse and a newer home all in one. Originally built in 1941 some of the house still has its original features such as the plaster walls, and windows in the front living room. The huge kitchen great room, and master bedroom above were an add on in 2010, and a huge improvement! You can see the line between the "old house" and "new addition" in between the kitchen and hall area near the eating nook. We hope you appreciate all its charm as much as we do.
