This newly renovated sun-drenched A-frame house is located on a quiet street just a short walk to the Ditch Plains ocean beach. The front deck features a retractable awning which extends over the patio set, providing shelter from the sun for comfortable outdoor relaxation. The front deck also has a gate which can be helpful with small children. The living area consists of a large open space with vaulted cathedral ceilings where the dining area and living room are combined into one big room. The new kitchen overlooks the living room and dining area, separated by a counter top accompanied by stools where family and friends can sit and eat, or chat with people in the kitchen, living room or dining area. Three newly renovated main floor bedrooms; master bedroom with New master bathroom. * Central Air Conditioning * High-speed Internet* Three flat screen TVs. Recently finished basement with Pool Table and Full Bath. Walk to Ocean. *Swimming Pool, Tennis, and Golf are available at Montauk Downs State Park.
