Three bedroom remodeled home in older residential neighborhood of Hilo.
Three bedroom remodeled family home close to downtown Hilo. Three bedroom, two and a half bath. Open Living Area (Living Room, Dining Room and Full Kitchen.) Large backyard and plenty of parking. Great for families, close to everything. Amenities: high speed internet, wifi, washer/dryer and basic television. Very close to golf course, parks, beaches, airport and shopping. Excellent starting point for seeing the sites in the Hilo, Puna, and Volcano National Park. Daily price is for 4 guests, additional guests, (up to 6 total,) $25 a night. Maximum 30 night Stay.

In addition to all Airbnb requirements the County of Hawaii "Short-Term Vacation Rental" & "Nonconforming Use Certificate" rules require all persons renting this property to sign an agreement which includes the following terms:
(A) Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
(B) Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
(C) Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area.
(D) The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.
