Pool home /Cozy getaway in Lake Havasu

Brand new backyard and pool! Walking in feeling as if you're at home! Cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath home with an open floor plan. Mountain views from the kitchen/dining/ living room windows make for some beautiful scenery. The entire home was just remodeled with all new furnishings from a comfy sectional couch; to a cal king pillow top mattress in the master bedroom as well as a queen in the 2nd bedroom and full/twin in the 3rd bedroom. Custom tile walk in shower in the master. Ceilings fans in each room. Quiet neighborhood where the property sits on a cul-de-sac with a long driveway and side parking. We are the corner lot which makes for a large parking spot below the home for boat or RV parking. We are located on the south side of town approximately 10 min from the marina and 10 minutes from the downtown area. **note that pool is not heated**

This is a perfect Arizona getaway home! We stayed for the month of March 2026 and it was hot! We enjoyed the pool and loved spending time in evening with the lights around the back yard. We had family stay with us and the rooms they had were perfect. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!
