Great location for Silver Lake, Pentwater and Ludington- easy access to the beach. View of Lake Michigan from the deck and living room. Great stretch of beach.

Best stay in Pentwater

The house was perfect and the location is great. There is very easy access to the beach, and it only takes minutes to get to downtown Pentwater for shopping and restaurants. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful. It was a great vacation. I would recommend this house 100%!!

Exceeded expectations

We enjoyed staying here and would love to make a return trip. House is located on a cul-de-sac, so there wasn’t lot of traffic. The path to the beach is directly across the street. Jerry responded quickly to our questions and the house was well equipped with anything we needed. The deck had options for shade when we wanted to eat outside. Thanks for a great stay!

Sunset Paradise

After 26 years of living in Michigan we had a great first time in the Pentwater/Ludington area. The house was perfect! The location was minutes to Pentwater, Silver Lake Dunes, Ludington and the Ludington State Park. We had great views of the sunset daily from the balcony or from the easy access to the public beach in a dead end area. No traffic, no problems. The house had everything we expected and more. We would definitely recommend the rental to anyone who asks. Great place, communicative owners and a place worthy of renting again. Thank you Jerry and Judy!

Lake Michigan House

This was our second time staying at this location. The property is exactly as described. The house provides a beautiful view of Lake Michigan with a private beach. The owner/hosts are very helpful with any questions. Look forward to staying again!

Wonderful stay!

Our group of six had a great time here! Jerry was attentive, detail-oriented and friendly throughout our time there. The house is directly across the street from one of the most beautiful and wonderfully private beaches I have ever seen in Michigan. The wraparound deck provided space for our whole group to relax, and we miss the amazing sunset views and lake breezes already. We hope to stay again someday soon!

Jerry and Judy met us at check-in. Very nice people. House and location just as described. One minute walk to beach. Lots of extras available within house if you happened to have forgotten something -beach towels, chairs, cleaning supplies. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Summer Vacation

We spent a week in this house for our yearly family vacation and had a GREAT time. The location is very quiet and secluded allowing relaxation. The beach is perfect, with access right across the street. Communication with the property owners was very easy. They are extremely friendly and helpful! We will definitely rent here again!

Our other Pentwater home (41329) with 5 star rating is completely booked for the summer of 2019 as nearly everyone is returning from the last several years. We enjoy sharing our Bass Lake home so much, we ventured into the Lake Michigan area where we began our Pentwater journey nearly 50 years ago and still love it to this day. Enjoy!

You will see, hear, and feel Lake Michigan from our deck or opened patio sliders inside the home. Beautiful sunsets are a norm.

What makes this property unique

We are near the end of the cul de sac so very little vehicle traffic--just walkers, joggers, and bicyclists! So peaceful, serene.
