Stayed in October and it was gorgeous !Empty beach and sunny skies with calm conditions. We enjoyed the awesome view and kids had fun playing on the beach. From here was a great day trip along m22 to Arcadia dunes. Fall color was peak.

We had a wonderful vacation! We enjoyed the association amenities (especially the beautiful beach). We loved sunsets from the deck and enjoyed recommendations from Olivia. The house had everything we needed :)

We got this place in early September. It was a short walk to the beach and the water was surprisingly warm. The view was incredible from the back porch and the host was very responsive to questions. 10/10 would recommend and go back.

Property was better than the pictures! Good space for our family of 7 to hang out, play games, read books, etc. Short walk to the beach as described. The property had everything we needed for our week long stay. Olivia was attentive and helpful all along the way!

Great house with lots of space and a short walk to the beach. The hosts reacted quickly when the fridge broke down and brought a new one. We enjoyed the kayaks at the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house! The views were absolutely stunning, and one of our favorite parts was falling asleep and waking up to the relaxing sounds of the lake. The home is surrounded by tall trees, making it feel peaceful and private while still being just a short walk to a gorgeous beach. The beach was uncrowded and was excellent for long walks in either direction. In the evenings, we loved gathering around the fire table. The home was comfortable, well-maintained, and well-stocked. We will be back!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Treehouse at Duna Vista! The house is nestled so nicely up in the trees on the dune and feels very private, especially on the back patio. The views from every room in the house are incredible and make it worth every penny. The beds are very comfortable, and everything was clean, stylish, and welcoming! The lake access is just a short walk away and we spent long hours enjoying the beautiful beach whether on a quiet morning walk, sunbathing and swimming in the afternoons, or watching the sunsets! By far one of the best bnbs we have ever booked - we will definitely be back! Highly recommend booking - you won't regret it. :)

We really enjoyed our stay at the Tree House. Lots of things to do in the area. The teens loved the basketball court, pickleball court and the beach. Olivia was a great host.
