Come see why this Phoenix Orange Beach condo is the best for your family!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 16th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 58" HDTV in the master, and a 43" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms for sleeping up to 10. All beds have upgraded memory foam mattresses and we even have a high chair for the little ones.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. We also have the 3br unit directly next door and the 4br unit on the same floor should you have a large group and need more space!



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Absolutely perfect! The condo was great for our family! The decor is amazing and the balcony view is breathtaking! Add in the lazy river and you have fun for the entire family. The location is also wonderful with everything you need across the street with an excellent restaurant practically next door. We will return for another stay!

Orange Beach Vaca

This was a wonderful property with lots to do for the kids! We were able to see dolphins almost every day from the balcony. Location is in walking distance to a lot of different shops across the road example cvs, Starbucks, DQ and much more. We would for sure stay here again!

This is the ONE!!

We had a great stay at this condo! If you're looking for a great place 1603 is the one you want. We enjoyed seeing Dolphins swim by every morning and watching the fishing boats set out for the morning as well. If you're looking to relax and enjoy every moment then this place is it. Will stay here again!

Beautiful Property in the Perfect Location

Phoenix Orange Beach was the perfect location for our family trip. It is on a beautiful beach. The balcony was perfect for watching beach life or enjoying a morning cup of coffee. The grandkids loved the lazy river and water slide. The zero entrance pool was perfect for the littlest ones to play in. Conveniently located so we could walk to the store for groceries or other supplies.

Toes in the sand

The condo was perfect. Enough room for everyone, the kitchen has everything. Time on the patio provided great conversations and daily views of dolphins and/or sharks. The lazy River was so relaxing and one of our favorite things to do. We’ll be back!

Amazing view and location

We had a great time at this location. Beautiful view and great location. Spacious room and for the most part very clean. Our only complaint was that the floors desperately needed to be washed better. Our feet were dirty just from walking barefoot. Very minimal supplies to start too you’ll definitely need a grocery order for supplies. Besides those two things, we absolutely loved this building, easy check-in easy check out and the view was just Wow!! We really enjoyed our stay!

The actual property, The Phoenix was amazing! Our “hosts” on the other hand…AWFUL! Take pictures of everything right when you walk in the door, they accused us of breaking a chair that was already broken, damaging the linens, and trashing the place. The male host called me 30 minutes after leaving the property yelling that we had trashed the place. We’d taken the trash out, did the dishes, we swept the floor. We paid a cleaning deposit when booking and they are now trying to charging us hundreds for “damages.” I have not received an invoice or anything explaining the extra charges. 100% do NOT recommend booking with these hosts. Awful experience

Overall it was a great experience! The balcony view, location to grocery stores, and easy beach access make it a win.Upon arrival one of the batteries in a fire alarm needed replaced, so we had to take care of that. I also thought it was not 100% clean (hair in drawers/on towels, dusty doors/blinds, and unorganized kitchen). The kitchen was well equipped but not organized. It was hard to find things.I did not feel like the grounds were well maintained like the other Phoenix properties we’ve stayed at. The pool chairs were never reset nor were there enough, and there weren’t enough floats for the lazy river. The fitness room provided the necessities for a good workout each morning.Overall, our stay was great and the kids had a blast. Our girls loved the hot tubs and slide!
