We truly enjoyed our stay. We did find the floor not cleaned well when we arrived. Chips and candy were on the floor near the beds and the sliding glass door had handprints all over it from a young child. It was very well furnished and cozy! The description was perfect! We will be booking again!

Listing is accurate. Comfortable space and close to the beach. Easy parking accessibility and convenient to the elevators. Kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool and lazy river.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have a stayed at this location for the last 3 years, and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is amazing. some of the furniture had some damage to it, which didn't bother us at all I just wanted to make someone aware. as well as the cleanliness wasn't as great as it has been in the past. Overall, it was amazing and I am very grateful!

The property was exactly as it was described and pictured. Plenty of space for our family of 7 and 2 grandparents. The kids loved the pool, lazy river and slide, and the beach was easily accessible. Never had an issue parking, and we traveled with a car top cargo carrier. We were limited to parking on the first 2 levels of the garage due to clearance, but it was nice not having to take the carrier off during our stay. Highly recommend, and will be looking to book again.

Beautiful views of the beach. The condo is beautifully decorated and has great amenities. The only negative is washer takes forever and dryer does as well. We will definitely stay here again.

The place was spot on as advertised. This unit was rented for my 3 adult children & their families. We actually rented two units to fit our family of 17. It was comfortable & beautifully decorated. Accessible to everything . Love the location. The kids used the beach, pools, lazy river, hot tubs & the tennis court. It was my dream family vacation. Thank you to our hosts. Joanie BP

The room overall was nice but the cleanliness was lacking. Showers were not cleaned properly with hair being on the walls from previous guests, water bottle caps in plain view on the floors, as well as a bracelet that was easily seen that it appears cleaning staff just looked over. 2 of the lamps didn’t have light bulbs and a few wouldn’t even turn on because the switches had been broken off of them.

Beautiful Get-away

Property was as described. We had an attractrive and comfortable place with beautiful views of the ocean, beach and sunsets. The manager was responsive to any needs.

We enjoyed our stay .. no complaints. Room was very nice. People were nice. I do have some info. You will need everything. Paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent.. everything.

The kids had a ball at the lazy river / water slide and the adults loved the lazy river and hot tubs. Our large family had plenty of space and weren't cramped at all. Overall a great vacation and we hope to rent this condo again in the future!!

PERFECT FAMILY VACATION HOME!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is spacious enough for your whole family. 3 bedrooms/bathrooms with with very large common space and a very large balcony. The whole home is well appointed. The second ice machine is a life saver! HIghly recommend this place and will try to stay here again in the future.

This unit was very spacious, clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated (just needs a area rug in the den area). The bedrooms and den were very spacious. Since it is on the 14th floor, it has a spectacular view! The condo has a storage room in the hall to store beach items. We were disappointed the hot tubs were closed due to COVID-19 and the outside pool is very small because of the lazy river. Parking cost is $39 per vehicle which is ridiculous since the rental fees are high. You will not be disappointed in this condo. Charlie was very helpful a with the our reservation and check in.

When we arrived the floors had not been swept at all and the kitchen and bathroom counter tops were still dirty. Steak knives were in drawer and had not been cleaned. Ice maker was full of mildew and stopped working after 2 days. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. I sent an email to inform of the dirty condition and did not receive an answer.

Beautiful Condo

The pictures did this condo no justice! It was BEAUTIFUL!!! The decor was amazing from the time we stepped into the condo and then with all the details put into each of the rooms. The only complaint we had is that the toilet in one of the guest bedrooms was not cleaned, it still had a brown ring on the inside of it like it hasn’t been used or cleaned in a while, but we did our own cleaning when we got there and it came right off. Also the electric can opener in the kitchen doesn’t work. Would consider replacing that. Other than that, this listing was more than what we expected. It’s in a great location to stores and restaurants, 25 mins from the Tangler outlet in foley and directly on the beach! My son had an amazing time going from the pool, to the water slide on the property, to the beach our entire stay! It was also nice that the property has an indoor pool for those rainy days we had while there. We will definitely book again later this year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great, elevators work well and quickly. Kids enjoyed outdoor pool and water slide. Too chilly for adults as it is unheated and we were there in April. Indoor pool warm. Only one hot tub was working at out visit. Bedding is limited, no extra pillows or blankets, which we would have liked. We purchased at walmart. Kitchen is not well stocked with pans, or kitchen equipment, no pizza pan. Beautiful balcony and view. Unit was not very clean ,loose goldfish crackers in the cabinet. We cleaned the counter tops, they had dried food stuck on them. We enjoyed our visit.

This condo was incredible. Great location. Walking distance to Coastal, Starbucks, Publix, Rotolo’s. Everything we needed was so close. Room was fantastic for a girls trip. Couldn't have asked for a better condo!
