Great Location

Close to everything. Quiet community. Listing should only say 3 BR with Attic room above garage which was warm even with fans on. My kids would not sleep in there. Overall nice house had a great time!

Hi Kerri: Thanks for your review. It was extremely hot during your stay; it’s hard to keep the children’s bedroom above the garage cool, even after I had the a/c airflow improved. The freestanding fans are helping. Most guests are happy with the extra space. I am pleased that otherwise you enjoyed your stay and acknowledged the nice features of the house on Port Way. Hope to see you again next year. Best, Hendrik

Everything was spot on from initial contact with Hendrik to arrival with Ed showing us around and making us familiar with everything in and around the property as well as the surrounding area. We had a lovely time and as mentioned everything was as if we were at home. We would highly recommend this property if you wanted a lovely ‘quiet’ couple of weeks away to recharge. It was a shame the internet and television weren’t working however this was due to cable upgrades on the estate so out of the owners control - that said we had a lovely time so didn’t miss this not working too much. Thanks again Hendrik and Ed for everything, we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Herb and family.
