Large and pleasant renovated villa for 6 people located in a quiet and residential area just a stone’s throw from the lake of Lacanau to enjoy the nautical activities (sailing school nearby). Good level of equipment, a large garden wooded and fenced for your tranquility. A large fully equipped kitchen between a living room overlooking the outside (garden and terrace) and a TV lounge. On the ground floor, a first bedroom equipped with a double bed (sleeping 160cm), a second bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and sink and independent toilet. On the first floor a mezzanine with a double bed (140cm). You can park your car on the garden. Join the lake 100 m away, the beach, surf schools and shops 10 km away (Ref : 02345M)
