The fully renovated apartment with sea and golf views is located near Pen Guen beach in St Cast-le-Guildo.
It includes a room (TV, TNT, Wii) with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen area (microwave, toaster, kettle, oven ....), a bedroom with a double bed (a folding baby bed available) and a sleeping loft with 2 single beds, ideal for children and last minute guests, for a total area of 35 m2.
Located in a luxury residence from the 1930s with tennis courts (clay), ping pong room (rackets available), close to the beach, golf course and the GR34 hiking trail from the residence.
Direct view of the island of Ebihens (binoculars available to live at the rhythm of the tides)
Rental possible by the week or by the night with a minimum of 2 days.

Studio très agréable et très bien situé

La situation géographique de ce studio vue mer est idéale ! De nombreux sites touristiques à proximité et en quelques minutes à pied nous avons pu faire de belles balades sur la plage et apprécier le cycle des marées ! Ce logement est très bien équipé et offre une magnifique vue. On s'y sent rapidement bien. Toutes les explications ont été très claires et la communication très facile avec les propriétaires. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances !

Excellent rapport qualité prix

Face à la mer, au départ de nombreuses visites, station familiale, pour deux personnes le studio est acceuillant et bien équipé. Les indications du propriétaire que je n'ai jamais vu sont claires et il reste disponible. Je recommande vivement, ce fut ma quatrième location en Bretagne.

Sehr heimisch

Wir fanden die Wohnung sehr komfortabel - als ob wären wir zu Besuch bei Freunden. Es war wirklich alles da, was man brauchte. Sogar Bücher, CDs, DVDs und Wii-Spiele waren vorhanden. Außerdem gab es in dem Gebäude die Möglichkeit, Tischtennis zu spielen (Schläger und Bälle waren in der Wohnung). Ich persönlich mag auch sehr die stimmungsvollen Lichter in der Wohnung und die wunderschöne Aussicht. Der Strand direkt in der Nähe war traumhaft - ein herrlicher Naturstrand ohne Gebäude und Verkaufsbuden. Im Zentrum von Saint-Cast (ca. 2 km) gab es einen größeren Strand, viele Restaurants und einen kleinen Carrefour.

Emplacement et vue superbe golf et plage a 200m... Logement en rdc correct mais intimité limitée lits délimités par des rideaux certes occultants... Propreté a revoir et évoqué avec le propriétaire malgré le passage d'une "femme de ménage"c'est le gros point négatif...avec le manque de rangement car nous sommes vraiment CHEZ le propriétaire... placards pleins seul espace vide une armoire Machine a laver très pratique mais étendoir absent.☹️ Fils dehors dans le jardin pas top en période covid...

Sehr schönes,mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Apartement.Gigantische Aussicht.

Das Apartement ist in einem schönen Altbau. Die Aussicht durch die grosse Fensterfront ist einfach nur toll. Das Apartement ist räumlich optimal genutzt. Und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.Tolle Idee den Raum auch nach oben hin zu nutzen (Empore mit 2 Matratzen) . Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir im Keller unterbringen. Da das Apartement auch von den Vermietern genutzt wird , ist es so eingerichtet, wie man es eher bei einer Airbnb Wohnung erwarten würde ( viele private Sachen ) Das Badezimmer könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Die Gegend : Strand (feiner Sand),Wasser(türkisfarbend),Umgebung -ist einfach nur schön. Fahrrad fahren geht, wenn man bergauf/bergab nicht scheut. Wandern kann man Kilometer lang an der Küste. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal dort :)

Logement tout à fait adapté pour trois personnes et un petit séjour de trois ou quatre jours. Le cadre est exceptionnel (vue sur la mer, et sur le golf, plage à 200 mètres, un vrai bonheur) Par contre, il n'y a pas beaucoup d'espace de rangement c'est dommage. seul point négatif: l'appartement était assez sale à notre arrivée. APPARTEMENT TRES AGREABLE

Séjour nouvel an 2017 à 4 personnes, 2 nuits, vue sur mer très sympathique par la baie vitrée. L'appartement est très bien équipé et l'environnement agréable. Très bon point de départ pour grande ballade à pied vers St CAST ou de l'autre coté le long de la cote plus sauvage.
