Nice apartment, absolutely spotless. Wifi did not work. Communication went well in writing but the person responsible handing over the key and handling the "check-in" did not speak a word of English.

Bad hospitality, rushed check-in, leaving installation of to guest, no help with luggage despite two guys present and narrow stairs to third floor. Only very small towels provided, no real shampoo only soap, bed matresses need urgent upgrade.
