Ocean view private 2 level cottage perched on the point with a spacious ocean front wood deck. Furnished 1 bedroom + loft + 1 bath with heated slate flooring, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, gas fireplace, barbeque, TV and wifi and views from every window.

Otter Bay on North Pender Island is a 45 minute ferry ride from Victoria, BC or 2 hours from Vancouver or a modest 20 minutes by float plane. The cottage is a few minutes walk from the Pender Island ferry terminal or a short taxi ride from Washington Pier’s float plane dock. Common amenities include a full size swimming pool, games room, bistro, marina and kayak, canoe and paddle board rental shop, some facilities closed in off-season.

Pender, a magical island, offers an exciting and intimate experience for those who want to explore what British Columbia’s most spectacular coastline and natural landscape has to offer.
