About this property

Modern 3/1 house near Beaches and Midtown

Fully modern, this "home away from home" has been designed to be an extremely comfortably home base while you are visiting Miami. It has all the amenities you could ask for and then some.

The location is perfectly central to all that Miami has to offer from the South Beach to Key Biscayne. It is minutes from Midtown Miami, Downtown Miami, Brickell, the Design District, Wynwood and Bayside. It is also very close to world renowned hospitals such as Jackson Memorial, UM Health and Mt Sinai.

We have recently added to the property two convenient Level 2 EV charging stations. The cost is $15 per day of your stay for full access. This cost is not included in the VRBO pricing and is handled directly with your host via a variety of payment options. Please let the host know that you will be arriving with an electric car.

Great house and a great host.

This was by far the best VRBO experience we ever had. The house was just as described, and the check in and parking information from the host was perfect. The house had everything we needed, and the host even had drinks, coffee and chocolate for us. The location also allowed us to walk to the Design District and several restaurants. A short uber ride took us to the Mana Wynwood Convention Center and to the waterfront on Biscayne Bay. If we go to the art shows next year, we will definitely be back.

A Fabulous Stay at 119 NW 47th Terrace, Miami, FL 33127

March 20, 2024 We had the good fortune to stay at Patricia and Alex Maxwell’s superb VRBO house for two full months. It was our winter refuge/our home away from our Michigan home during January and February this year. The spacious three-bedroom main house with private parking (truly a godsend in the area!) was extremely clean with updated fixtures as well as tastefully furnished and decorated. We could not have been more pleased with our pet-friendly accommodations. Literally, every detail for a home-away-from-home was covered which made our stay even more comfortable. No surprises. What’s more, our gracious hosts were the best: responding to our questions and requests for supplies, orienting us to the area, and being respectful of our privacy. Amazing place

This place was absolutely amazing. Very much exceeded our expectations and the hosts are very kind and helping. I would recommend this to anyone and when I come back to Miami this will be the place I get!!

The place is clean and well-stocked with travel essentials and more. The owner is friendly and easy to get in touch with and the location is quiet and convenient to midtown, the beach, and the interstate.

Rome clean and tidy, with every thing you need. Landlord is warm and nice.

The room is very clean and tidy, it is equipped with everything we need, there is a big TV, there is even a washer and dryer. The landlord was very nice and put juice, cakes and water in the fridge. The check-in reminder sent by the landlord is very detailed, including how to park the car, the nearby supermarket, the shopping center, and even where to eat if you arrive late. There is also a very warm welcome painting with my name in the living room.
