Beautiful beach location

Beautiful location! The view from the main room and bedroom were stunning. Home had all amenities including a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels and bedding. Home was a bit aged and suffered from some cosmetic issues, e.g. mold/rust in corners of bathroom plumbing and fixtures, sliding doors were difficult to operate.

Check-in was great. The view is spectacular. Wonderful place to stay. Only suggestion is to replace the coffee maker. It takes over an hour to make a pot and by then the coffee was bitter. I would definitely bring my own next time. Two Teflon frying pans need replacing, Pbly best to not use them as the feflon is disintegrating. But overall it’s a very relaxing and restorative place to stay.

Great stay at the Dunes

I really enjoyed the view of the ocean from the family room. I liked the fact that I could essentially walk down a flight of stairs and be on the beach. Nice quiet location and the check in/check out process was very easy. The only downside is the price. A little pricey when you have 4pm check in time and 11am check out. You’re definitely paying for the view though. I would recommend to other friends and family.

Comfortable, terrific view

While basic and dated this condo is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony and listening to the waves. If you plan to read after dark then bring light sources. There are no lamps in the living room and small bedside lamps.

Beautiful View

Our stay at Pajaro Dunes was relaxing. The view is the key feature of this unit. It is beautiful! The unit needs an upgrade overall. We had an issue with the shower in the guest bathroom that took an afternoon to resolve, but the facilities management was very responsive.

Love Pajaro Dunes

Location was nice, view from living room great. In definite need of a update though. Cleanliness was not at all up to par. Simply wiping down of the doors and cabinets and light switches would have helped, but it was clear that had not been done in quite sometime. Tub/shower in guest bath backs up immediately when used.

Great view, mediocre condo

One of the best views, furniture ok, bathrooms and kitchen are completely outdated and in need of paint. No soap or shampoo provided. Water pressure super low and either cool or scalding hot.

Great views for a quick coastal retreat

A longtime friend and I had a "Gals Retreat" and stayed here. The livingroom views of the ocean were wonderful. We cooked one dinner and had breakfast every morning, nothing lacking in the kitchen. The only slight glitch was we discovered that both showers can't be used at the same time (both enough hot water). No biggie, we adjusted. We toured Big Sur & Monterey/Pacific Grove, so this was a wonderful beachside place to return each evening. Great sunsets from the unit or the beach! Thank you!

Nice getaway

Generally condo in good condition. Could use a little upgrade/updating in kitchen and bathrooms. Drawers in dresser in main bedroom almost fell out on my toes. That piece of furniture definitely needs replacing. Main shower drains a little slow. Living room furniture was comfortable, and of course the view was great.

Overall comfortable but dated. Kitchen cabinets are filthy. Found raw meat on pull out cutting board. Master sliding door was broken. When we arrived the screen had been taken off the track and leaned against the door. Master shower door would not close all the way. Noticed that dining area had been updated since photos(nice) but there was no longer a table on deck(bummer).

Great spot with beautiful views. We watched whales and dolphins from the living room window. Well equipped but the cabinets and fixtures are dated. Lots of surfaces for eating, food prep and puzzle making. We enjoyed our stay.

A Great Getaway!!

My son and I felt so comfortable lounging on the swivel chairs as we relished the expansive view of the serene ocean! The property was furnished beautifully from furniture to kitchen appliances and every room provided the basic and lots of extra amenities which made our stay so pleasurable. The overall decor added to the rental enjoyment!! And the walk to the shore was so easy and accessible.

Needs updating but beautiful views!

North facing amazing oceanfront views and vaulted ceilings make this a great location! Needs updating for the price being charged. It’s a little dingy compared to other units we’ve visited. Master bed is super comfortable., btw.
