Halfway between the Beauval Zoo, Futuroscope and the Loire castles, this 83m2 gîte is the promise of a successful stay in Indre and Loire. In addition to its geographical location which offers a multitude of sites to visit, it invites to pleasant moments of relaxation whether with the outdoor swimming pool heated in summer or on the side of the wellness area, where you can book a session private spa!

A 30-minute private SPA session is offered to you for any direct rental with the owner for at least 2 consecutive nights.

Large capacity SPA: 5 seats and 1 reclining seat.

You can also enjoy at will and at no extra charge the 9 * 4 heated swimming pool during the summer period from May to September depending on the weather (pool to be shared).

Possibility to rent by the night, weekend and short stays on request.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms each with a private bathroom:
- 1st landing: Slate room of 17 m2 with canopy bed of 160 * 200 and its bathroom of 9 m2 with 2 basins, 80 * 100 shower and WC. Flat screen
- 2nd landing: Moellons room of 15 m2 with 140 * 190 bed and its bathroom of 4 m2 with 1 sink, 90 * 90 shower and WC. Flat screen
- Independent Dungeon room accessible by an external stone staircase: 15m2 bedroom with 2 beds 90 * 190 and its private bathroom of 4m2 with 1 sink, 80 * 80 shower and WC. Flat screen
Ground floor, living room with fitted kitchen area (induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker ...), dining area.
Reversible air conditioning in each room (hot and cold).
Private wooden terrace located behind the cottage with dining / relaxation area and barbecue in summer.
