Our 4 apartments are located in a private 19th century building located in the heart of the historic center of BEAUNE.
The BEAUNE GUIGOGNE is a 101 m² duplex apartment, so there is the possibility of splitting the apartment for 2 people only.
This apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator, it combines modern chic and old. This apartment is suitable for people with reduced mobility accompanied in the lower part of the duplex: living room – dining room – kitchen – bedroom – bathroom – toilet).
At the first level:
Cocooning living room opening onto a large open kitchen offering a soft and original aesthetic. Composed of a large, fully equipped bedroom: 160 x 200 bed and a large bathroom with a fully tiled shower with seat. Separate toilets.
At the Second level:
You will find 2 bedrooms with double bed 200 x 160, a bathroom with shower and WC. A small, warm living room where you can relax.

A Perfect Stop Off in Downtown Beaune

Jocelyne's duplex apartment in the heart of Beaune was a perfect jumping off point for our activities in the region. The apartment itself is spacious and clean as a whistle, with comfy beds and pillows, a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry and enchanting artwork throughout. Jocelyne met us upon arrival and provided a comprehensive tour of the unit along with some great recommendations for restaurants and activities. I wish we could have stayed longer!

What an amazing rental in Beaune!

We had a family wedding near Beaune and rented this lovely apartment from Home Sweet Beaune and it was perfect! It was conveniently located near the city center. Our adult sons stayed upstairs and had their private space while my husband and I shared the first floor. The apartment was furnished beautifully and the ac blew very cold and kept us comfortable. Every amenity was available with a washer and dryer, coffee machine, spot for bike rentals and a fully equipped kitchen and a safe parking spot. We will be back!

Great apartment blend of old and new

We had a wonderful 10 day stay here. Joce was an excellent host! The apartment was modern, uncluttered, clean and comfortable in an old stone building with character within walking distance to everything in town. The upstairs bedrooms have their own sitting room and there’s a hand rail for those cautious about any stairs.The provided parking is also covered and nearby. We plan to stay here for any future visits to Beaune, it was great!

We absolutely loved the apartment. The communication with Jocelyn was terrific. She met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. She was always available if we needed any help on restaurants and things to do in Burgundy. The apartment was furnished perfectly for us. The location was great. In all it was a wonderful stay and absolutely would stay there again if we return to Beaune.

The location was right across from a great bakery and Cooks Atilier, steps from the heart of Beaune with fairly easy parking facilities for medium sized car. Jocelyne was great and her help when we checked in late was above and beyond. Coming out at night to help us find the way back from the car parking. The accommodations were as promised, nice, clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Beautiful old building with character, make sure you make it out to the balcony and see the spiral stone staircase, every thing we wanted in our stay in Beaune France, thank you Jocelyne

Wonderful hostd

A lovely clean, well-designed and light apartment which is very well-equipped. The host Joce was away during our stay but her daughter Joan was magnificent. We had a medical emergency and she took us to hospital, managed the admission process and was on hand to offer further help. I cannot thank her enough. Chic apartment in good location

We enjoyed an excellent week in this chic apartment right in the centre of Beaune. Host was away, but delegated arrival to her daughter. Very easy, and she arranged repair of a minor plumbing matter. Well equipped kitchen, good bathrooms and comfortable beds (two of us are 1.9m tall). Free parking for two cars three minutes away. 😀

We had 3 of the best days in Beaune at the well located and accommodated unit. The unit was located within 10 minutes of most everything we wanted to do. So many great restaurants were nearby. Joyce was the best at making our stay even better. She helped us in parking our car and returning our rental car. She went above and beyond on everything. She couldn’t have been a better host. We’d highly recommend anyone stay at this property. We can’t wait to return.

This was a top notch rental. There are 3 separate bedrooms each with their own AC and nice size living kitchen space for hanging out as a group. The location is amazing, just steps from the main action in Beaune. That made it so nice to just walk out the door and easily get around. The owners were extremely helpful. We had trouble with phone service and they picked us up from the train station to help us navigate to the apartment, that was very much appreciated. This place is their pride and joy, they run it themselves, including doing their own cleaning, and it shows. They do a great job . I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful Beaune Apartment

From the moment our train arrived we were swept away by Jocs and her husband as they picked us up and dropped us off at the apartment. Jocs gave us a tour of the property pointing out everything and it was so personal and appreciated as we arrived in the evening. The apartment was spotless and exactly like the pictures, charming comfortable with old world views out all windows! I would only say we had large suitcases and did not carry them up the stairs but that wasn’t an issue as so much space to store them on the first floor where the laundry room was located! We grabbed our clothes and hung everything upstairs in the bedroom wardrobe area! The beds were perfect firm and lovely! Everything is new and I wish we could have stayed for a week! The lift is an added plus but we took the stairs as well because well they are just old world and charming… 5 stars and Jocelyn is a lovely host. Thank you for everything

Our 9-night stay was perfection! The apartment is sparklingly clean, supremely comfortable, centrally-located, quiet, full of amenities, and one of the best apartments we’ve stayed in during our 10 trips to different places in France. Beaune itself is a superior location for a stay as it is so charming and small enough that driving and walking around it is stress-free, but large enough that there is a tourist office, a little tourist train, a twice weekly market, a major historical place (Hospices of Beaune) as well as tons of restaurants, shopping, wine tasting and monument visiting (with light shows at night) right on your doorstep. As for the apartment’s amenities, I’d spotlight good air conditioning, washer/dryer, an elevator, a large storage area where bicycles could be stowed, plenty of towels, and 2 car parking passes included! Host Jocelyn is truly a gem as she communicated clearly and responsively at all times--her check in process was the best we’ve experienced. And she was most kind to remove dried flower decorations before we arrived, to help avoid allergy issues. Then, when friends joined us for the last few days, she helped our one friend (a resident of France) who unexpectedly needed to get a blood test. Without hesitation, she offered to make the appointment and to drive him there and back. We cannot express how much we appreciate Jocelyn! Burgundy is a stunningly beautiful area and Beaune is the perfect location from which to enjoy it.

We have just finished our 2 new accomodations - it was an hard work during 1 year.
In december 2015 we bought this winery to make 2 others accomodations with a lift. Now, in the same place, we have : LE BEAUNE ROUSSEAU - LE BEAUNE ST ETIENNE - LE BEAUNE ALLEREY and LE BEAUNE GUIGONE.
