About this property

Beautiful fully furnished condo with gorgeous pool on historic golf course

Recently renovated Laterra condo with all the bells and whistles is available for rent. Condo is looking at the pond and forest on top floor of building with elevators.
Master bedroom and bathroom and two bedrooms with Jack and Jill bathroom on the other side. Full kitchen equipped with all tools for cooking and eating. Washing machine and dryer in unit. Amenities include 3 pools, jacuzzi, tennis court and a brand new modern gym in walking distance.
King and Bear golf course is across the street, Slammer and Squire is 3 miles away.
Great schools, quiet community, Florida sunshine most days of the year.
Beach and downtown is 30 minutes away.

Loved the location. Really close to the courses. Surprised there weren’t more dining options, but that has nothing to do with the condo, which was in excellent shape with easy access. I give this 5 stars, but I have 2 suggestions. Replace the futon with an actual bed, and include a couple more towels. 10/10 would definitely stay here again

This place was absolutely lovely. Klara (property manager) was so helpful and accommodating. The place was super relaxing and quiet. Pool was awesome! The only thing I would recommend would be to have some pool towels available. We will definitely book this place again!

The most beautiful view with the quietest location at the end of the middle building. Unit was fully renovated with new flooring, lighting and comfortable sofa set in living room. Lots of light, beautiful views of wildlife, feels like home.
