Private ocean view lot with three new construction houses. 350m from the ocean HWY. Do not need a 4x4 to reach property. Can walk to the beach or supermarket in less that 30 minutes. Ocean views throughout. Lambeau 3 has multiple patios with outdoor furniture and ocean views. Frequent toucan visitors and overhead parrots. This is a two bedroom (one king and one queen bed) with three full bathrooms. There is also a queen sofa bed in the downstairs living room. Low traffic area provides a quiet and peaceful setting. This house is two stories with ocean view balconies upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an attached private laundry room with washer and dryer. There are three large screen tv's - two upstairs and one downstairs. There is cable tv and fiber optic wifi and air conditioning

I love dogs and we have a lazy old black lab that greets guests. I am also a Wisconsin sports fan - so you will see the Wisconsin sports influence on the property :)

Attached fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer. Modern construction. Wifi, a/c, cable tv. Near to everything in Uvita but secluded and private with ocean, jungle, and mountain views
