This beautiful home is located in Redondo Beach, 10 miles from the Los Angeles Airport, walking distance to the beach and restaurants at the Redondo Beach pier. Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, and Famous LA landmarks are an easy drive.
The house is 3600 square feet, with one bedroom, laundry, 1 1/2 baths, and living space on the first floor; including a large gourmet kitchen, formal living room, formal dining room and a family room with a 75 inch flat screen HD TV and DirectTV. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including a 900 square foot master Suite with an ocean view and private deck. The other two bedrooms each have private decks; a loft in one of the bedrooms adds a fun sleeping space for children. There is 2000 square feet of deck space including a 600 square foot roof deck with a 360 degree view of the ocean and city. The roof deck features a hot tub, fire pit, and lounge space. The back yard offers a great space for kids to play in, as well an out door lounge space and barbecue area. There are even a couple bikes for your use.
