Large, very comfortable apartment with an amazing varanda. 15 minutes walk from Train station and two major supermarkets. 20 minutes to waterfront and many local restaurants and pastelarias. Perfect place for short or long stay.

Terrific apartment and fantastic terrace

The check in was very easy. There is garage space and also plenty of on street parking. It is a very clean and sizable space with two bathrooms. The A/C really works! Our favorite part of the apartment was the sizable terrace with great furniture and a hammock. Usually, when we get a terrace it's small but this was large enough for us all to hang out and have laundry drying, etc. It was a great space to explore Olhao. If you have a car, my recommendation is that there is a huge supermarket and Lidl behind the soccer stadium if you want to stock up (Modelo Continente)

Прислал подробные инструкции как доехать до квартиры и попасть внутрь. соответствие фото и квартиры в реальности. Нашей семье с 3 детьми было очень комфортно. Мы чувствовали себя как дома. Все продумано до мелочей! Стиральная машинка,посудомоечная машина,мыло,средства для стирки. На кухне оказались даже такие мелочи как пленка,фольга и бумага для выпечки! В общем, чувствуется забота. Я действительно была в отпуске! Мне не надо было ни о чем думать, обо всех удобствах подумал хозяин!Чисто, уютно, красивый ремонт! Наличие гриля - каждый вечер у нас были вкусные ужины!Гамак на балконе особенно полюбился детям! Вроде мелочь, а приятно! Рядом часто проезжают поезда, но это абсолютно не помеха. Вообще не мешали!Очень удобное расположение: близко рынок, магазины , порт! Я очень рада,что на даты нашей поездки было свободно это жилье и смело рекомендую всем путешественникам бронировать эти апартаменты! Спасибо еще раз за приятные впечатления от Португалии

Apartamento agradável e em zona calma a cerca de 10 minutos a pé do centro de Olhão. Bem mobilado e limpo, com ares condicionados nos quartos que são em suite, máquina de lavar loiça, electrodomésticos novos. Varanda grande com rede e barbecue eléctrico. Muito boa comunicação com o anfitrião que respondeu sempre com amabilidade e prontidão às perguntas efectuadas. Garagem no prédio. Check-in e check-out muito fáceis e rápidos. Obrigada Sr. Luís

Apartamento muito bom, luminoso, alegre. No entanto fui deparando com algumas situações de limpeza que não me agradaram. Não tinha lençóis limpos e disponíveis para quem dormia na sala. Louça e utensílios cozinha mal lavados e sem máquina de louça tivemos que lavar tudo. Sem dúvida tem que ser melhorado o aspeto da limpeza. Sugestão ter máquina de louça (assim não se corre risco de ter louça mal lavada) uma vez que tem máquina roupa e secador e há espaço na cozinha para tal. Nível de comunicação com proprietário foi muito bom para minimizar estas situações

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war gut organisiert und die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Der Sonnenbalkon ist super und die Hängematte war sooo gemütlich. Alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe. Super Ausgangsort um die Algave und Andalusien zu erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Luis, le maître des lieux, a réellement le sens de l'accueil, ses conseils et sa réactivité sont exemplaires. L'appartement est grand et lumineux, la terrasse est vraiment top et a été très appréciée de nos petits enfants. C'est un endroit où l'on a vraiment envie de retourner. La petite ville de Olahó est bien agréable et les îles sont fantastiques, d'autant plus qu'elles sont faciles d'accès par le ferry (vraiment pas cher). En résumé, un magnifique séjour.

Appartement, goed uitgerust, met een mooi balkon. Het ligt 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum. De directe omgeving van het mooie appartement is een beetje armoedige wijk, er zijn volop bouwwerkzaamheden. Dus in de toekomst zal dit zeker verbeteren. Vriendelijke eigenaar die via de ap snel en adequaat communiceert.

Location tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. L'appartement est très confortable et fonctionnel ,bien équipé .Le + est la grande terrasse exposée au sud. Il bénéficie en plus d'un bel environnement ,de l'ascenseur et d'une place de garage.Luis est à toujours été à notre écoute pour faciliter notre séjour. Nous conseillons volontiers cette location. Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans une ville agréable le marché aux poissons est pittoresque et le port de pêcheurs proche permet de passer une belle journée. Faro est à visiter ainsi que toute la région avec de belles plages avec falaises et l'arrière pays sent bon la nature. L'appartement est complet et très confortable Un très très bon séjour

El apartamento está muy bien, todo nuevo y limpio tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Además la situación es tranquila y no muy alejada de las zonas de interés. El acceso a internet no es muy bueno y la señal se coge únicamente en la terraza y bastante débil.

Dès notre arrivée, une personne nous a accueilli pour nous remettre les clés, elle nous a fait visiter et j'ai été surpris par la taille de l'appartement, un grand salon salle à manger de très bon goût avec grand écran, grand canapé et une très belle déco, 2 grandes​ chambres climatisées​, 2 salles de bains, une grande cuisine bien équipée.les chambres,le salon et la cuisine sont équipés de portes fenêtres​ qui donnent sur un immense balcon bien équipé lui aussi, salon de jardin, transats, hamac...l'appartement se situe au premier étage, il est accessible par ascenseur.il y a une place de parking sécurisée au sous-sol. Il est à 5 minutes à pied du centre avec commerces​, restaurants, bars,marché... pas très loin il y plusieurs supermarchés​. Le propriétaire​ est très à l'écoute et sympathique, il est facilement joignable par mail ou par téléphone. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir du Portugal.
