Col Villa, owned by a Hawaiʻi Island native Hawaiian family. Situated on a three acre property populated by native plants and trees, acquired in 1911 and constructed in approximately 1914.

Location and history make Col Villa a unique and important property. This is a wonderful place to stay, within 4 minute walk of Volcano Farmers Market. The sounds of ʻApapane, ʻAmakihi and ʻIʻo (Hawaiian hawk) fill the air.
