This bright and beachy 2 bedroom 2 bath home is centrally located, less than a block to the beach, and just a short walk to restaurants and shops on Flagler Ave. Lovingly decorated in beautiful vibrant colors, the house has a large living room with plenty of comfy seating.

The full kitchen with Frigidaire Gallery stainless steel appliances opens up to the spacious dining area with plenty of counter space and all you need if you love to cook, or just have a nice glass of wine at the end of a relaxing beach day. Fully supplied with high-quality items like Keurig Coffee Maker & Vita-mix Blender, etc.

Split layout provides privacy for each bedroom on opposite sides of the kitchen and courtyard. The large master has an ensuite full bath with a quality King bed. The 2nd bedroom has a Sealy Posturepedic Memory foam Queen bed and a full bathroom next to it in the hallway.

Relax on the BRAND NEW leather sofa and recliner. DVR and full channel line up.

The outside back patio area feels like a 5 star resort. It has a heated outdoor shower, Weber gas and charcoal BBQ grills, resort-style lounge chairs, umbrellas and a dining area to enjoy outside dining or just lounge in one of the chairs and read a book after the day at the beach. Enjoy the night sky and ocean breezes sitting around the gas fire pit, or lounging in the hammock swaying between the palm trees.

Single car garage with extra room for storage. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and even surfboards are all available for your days at the beach. Beach Cruiser bicycles for you to cruise along the beach or just ride around town. Tennis racquets, Pickle Ball set and basketball for the courts just steps away. All included at no additional charge!

There is an attached apartment towards the street corner, but the main house is completely private with no shared areas. There is also a double block wall between so virtually no transfer of sound. Can send additional photos for clarity if need be.

New Smyrna Beach has National Parks at both ends of the Island and offers 13 miles of white sandy beaches along with another 21 miles of beach in the National Sea Shore Park.

We have great restaurants from casual to higher end and lots of natural conservation land. Offering Manatees, Dolphins and great Water Sports from Paddle boarding to Deep Sea Fishing. It's all available here to enjoy.

The main historical street Flagler Avenue offers all types of unique shops and special events from Wine Walks to Seafood Festivals. Canal St, another main street here has Car Shows along with a Farmers Market on Saturdays and plenty of great restaurants, bakeries, and antique shops.

The buildings have been renovated and are colorful pastels that you only see in Florida. Come on down and enjoy this hidden part of Florida only 15 minutes south of Daytona Beach. We are also the closest beach to all the Theme Parks in Orlando like Disney, Epcot, Universal, Sea World, Gatorland.

We are centrally located so great for day trips to St Augustine, Ocala National Forrest, Kennedy Space Center is 45 mins away. We have numerous great golf courses close by and all the airports are under 60 mins away. Daytona Beach airport being the closest 30 mins away.
