About this property

This condo is located on the first floor of Sugar Top. The hallway leading from the unit opens up into the main lobby from where you may dip into the indoor pool and Jacuzzi or spend some time in the sauna or in the weight room. Step out onto the balcony and experience the surrounding Grandfather Mountain. Washer and dryer are available inside this unit. If you love to cook, feel free to utilize the condo’s fully equipped kitchen or you may drive down to one of the local restaurants. This condo is beautifully furnished and features soft colors and reds for a cozy atmosphere. Its two bedrooms, Double sized sleeper sofa and two bathrooms will accommodate 6 people with a Queen bed in the master and two Twins in the second bedroom. The Lobby offers Wi-Fi for all guests. Sugar Top has a shuttle system. Please be advised that the parking shuttle is run by SugarTop. Resort Real Estate and Rentals has no control over the shuttle system. However, we have not had any issues with this. Our SugarTop Condos are Non-smoking. Absolutely NO PETS. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.

New to Sugar Top

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was Great!! We would HIGHLY recommend! It was clean & adequately furnished. The front desk ladies were GREAT!! The ONLY issue was NOT enough towels. It accommodates 6, but there were ONLY 4 towels. We had 5 people, but had packed pool towels, fortunately. I would stay here Again!!

Sugar Top Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival the staff at the office was friendly We were directed to the guard gate for the unit and to our surprise, we had to wait two hours to get into the unit. They only allow a few vehicles in at a time to unload your car then you have to part in a remote lot and get a shuttle back and forth every time you wanted to go out. This was an inconvenience to say the least. The unit itself was satisfactory but the images display a tv in the second bedroom and when we arrived it was not there. I contacted the office and they were not aware that the tv had been removed. This was a feature we really wanted since we had two kids with us. I politely asked the office if they could ask the owner for a discount due to this false advertising and never received a reply. Poor customer service and would never rent in Sugar Top again.

Outdated in need of renovation

Popcorn ceiling is falling in master bedroom. Knobs are falling off of vanities. Pull out sofa is not usable given poor condition of mattress. Dryer vents directly into room. Needs updating.

Condo unit at sugar mountain.

We came for a quick ski weekend. This unit was clean, well kept, loved the fireplace and it was a great bargain. There was some difficulty trying to contact the owners of the unit because I mistakenly booked us on a wrong date. We needed to check in a day earlier and then to leave a day earlier. Totally my mistake, but the date was open and the amount of money wouldn’t have changed. The vacation rental agency said they attempted to contact the owners, but never did. We still made the trip and it was fun, but it was inconvenient because we went at a time that didn’t really work. Again, completely my fault but we are talking about a days difference, and no money would’ve changed. That’s more of a rental agency issue then it is the unit itself. I am also waiting on the $400 deposit that was taken which I don’t receive back until March 12. I feel like that is a very long time to hold that much money when we rented the unit February 24 and 25th.
