This classic Tahoe Chalet has had full makeover inside and out. Updated exterior and Kitchen and baths -- new deck and Hot tub...This a new rental property - but we are not new to Vrbo - our Squaw Valley Lodge #106741 has been a rental for over 10 years and has a 5 star rating. But this new rental's signature feature is the breathtaking views. Plus, it's walking distance to many beaches and parks. Skiing and Riding is 10min to Northstar entrance and only 20 mins Squaw Valley / Alpine Meadows. Parking for 4-5 vehicles. Mtn biking, Frisbee golf and a adventure ropes course are all right out the door -- well and easy walk away...And amazing X-country skiing in Winter. Close to a great Super Market, and many and varied restaurants. PLEASE NOTE ALL Short Term RENTALS ARE SUBJECT TO 12.5% County Hotel Tax. new rules

This was a fixer upper when I bought it. according to all the neighbors -- its the best View of the Lake...You can see directly across the Lake to Heavenly Valley - Thats the long direction - yet you see it with such detail. Also Mt Talac, Rubicon Peak, Cave rock, and even a peak of Kirkwood resort.
