Awesome Ski-In Ski-Out Condo in Mt. Crested Butte!

Please note that the hot tubs at Emmons and Axtell will close on Monday, April 6th, which is the day after the last day of Crested Butte Mountain Resort’s ski season.
The tubs will reopen on June 1st for the summer season.

Location, Location, Location!!! This 2 bedroom with loft and 2 bathroom condo is literally steps from the ski slopes and all the base area activities. Walk to the free town shuttle to get into town and relax in the community hot tub after a long day recreating. This is the perfect condo for your vacation to the mountains! With it being so close to the base area it is easy to come home for ski breaks and lunch without missing much time on the slopes! The condo has updated bathrooms and kitchen. There is a stove top in the kitchen but no oven. One bedroom with a queen bed is located on the main floor and the second bedroom with a queen bed is upstairs. Also upstairs is the loft with 2 twin beds. Don't miss out on your chance to stay at the base area with all the amenties at your fingertips!

There are several flights of stairs to get to the unit.

*First Tracks is a free shuttle service that will transport you to and from the base area during the winter and summer months. All of the information you need is located in the property binder once you arrive.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle is permitted to park on site, in designated lot.

**Please be aware that the hot tub is closed during the off seasons. It is open during the peak season when the Crested Butte Mountain Resort is open.**

**We require one of two options for you regarding damage protection. We recommend you purchase damage protection for $55. This covers you for up to $3,000 in damages that could occur to the property during your stay. Or you can choose to pay a $1000 refundable damage deposit. When booking directly online please let us know in the notes which option you would like.**

Please be aware that parking is very limited in this complex with a very small lot out front. Each unit in Emmons is only allowed one parking permit, therefore only one legal car allowed to park in that lot. It is first come, first serve. There is some overflow parking available and we can provide you with a map of the location of these areas. Unfortunately, trialers, RV's or any recreational vehicles are not allowed in either the lot or the overflow parking areas. If you plan to bring any of those items/vehicles, please arrange for special parking through Crested Butte Mountain Resort Adventure Center Concierge Desk.

Unfortunately the town of Mt Crested Butte Fire Department will no longer allow the fireplaces at the Emmons bldg to be used. This property does have a gas fireplace installed.
