Summary:
Beautifully renovated end unit at Paradise Condos. Hot tub, dog friendly! Parking for 2 vehicles.
The Space:
Tastefully appointed and meticulously maintained, this unit enjoys updated finishes with knotty alder cabinets and log accents. This is a fantastic 3 bedroom/3 bath condo that is literally steps away from the slopes and allows one well behaved dog.
Recently renovated to include a fresh coat of paint everywhere, new flooring in the kitchen and mudroom area, a new bathroom on the main floor with granite countertop and beautifully tiled shower. The kitchen also has a brand-new granite countertop.
The condo is on the 3rd floor of the building with the living, kitchen with bar seating, dining, laundry, full bath and a master bedroom on the main level. The living room is large, extremely comfortable and has a TV in and a gas fireplace to warm up after a long day on the slopes.
As you walk into the unit you have a mud room with under bench boot storage and hooks. You can enjoy the views and sunset off of your covered deck which is accessed from the living room. On the next floor you will find a king bedroom (with flat screen tv connected to satellite) with ensuite bathroom and a bunk room with a traditional bunk bed and a separate twin bed (sleeping 3). The landing of the 2nd floor has a sofa bed that can sleep 2 people.
The bunk room has a television connected to a DVD player for movies. Just outside the bunk room is a separate bathroom. On this floor is a loft area that sits over the bottom floor living area.
There is a separate garage with this condo as well as a locked closet in the garage for you to store all of your adventure gear. The garage will fit most SUV's without a roof top box. The garage height is 82 inches. Your second parking space is immediately behind the garage. To be clear, there are 2 parking spaces at this condo.
A communal hot tub, deck and grill is just steps away and a great way to finish off your day in paradise! The hot tub is seasonal and typically is open the entire winter season and from late June until Labor Day. The base area of Mt. Crested Butte is just steps away as is the shuttle bus stop if you wish to take the bus vs ski out of the condo.
All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.
The free shuttle to the slopes stops at the bottom of the parking lot where it meets Hunter Hill Rd. This runs in the winter months every hour. You can also ski in/ski out from the north end of the upper parking lot.
No trailers or RV's are allowed at this property due to town regulations and/or HOA covenants.
The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.
Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.
4 or all-wheel drive is suggested in the winter to access the parking lot.
This is a pet friendly property. You are welcome to bring one dog and will be charged a separate pet fee at the time of booking.
The HOA allows ONE well behaved dog. We can't make any exceptions for more than one dog. Cats are not permitted.

Parking
Parking spaces are very limited and it is important that all guests and owners observe the parking rules and regulations.
All vehicles must have a parking tag which will be issued to you upon check in. A parking tag must be hung on the rear view mirror of each vehicle. Owners have been provided a permanent parking tag for each of their vehicles kept on the property.
All vehicles of guests or owners of Aspen and Cottonwood buildings Must park in their assigned garages or in the lower lot which adjoins the Aspen building. For this unit you must park in the garage and then also behind your garage door. Please be sure to look up and be aware of any snow that could slide off the roof. Garage door height 82" & width 105".
Observe all signs for restricted and /or prohibited parking areas.
Any vehicle parked on site without a “parking tag” hanging on the rear view mirror or parked in a restricted or prohibited area will be towed. If your vehicle is towed, you will be responsible for all towing charges. The phone number of the towing contractor is 349-7333.

Check in instructions will be sent to you 3 days prior to arrival at 4 pm MST.
The Neighborhood:
The Paradise condos are located on Hunter Hill Rd. The shuttle stops one an hour at the end of the driveway and can take you to the base area. 4WD or AWD is recommended for getting to your condo. Only 2 cars per condo are allowed. To access the lifts you can walk/ski behind the San Moritz condos that are just North of Paradise and than hit the slopes just above the Westwall Lift.
Getting Around:
It will be easiest if you have a car to get around. You are about 4.5 miles to the Town of Crested Butte and about 3/4 of a mile to the base area of the mountain.

This was the perfect home away from home! So close to the mountain and super walkable. Beds were cozy and had all the kitchen you need to enjoy cooking meals at home. We loved this place!
We had a excellent time staying here. It was very roomy and nice. Easy to find and good for average skilled skiers/boarders to access for ski in ski out.
The condo is roomy, clean, and incredibly enjoyable. I would happily choose Alpine Property Management for future bookings. Their straightforward and efficient communication made the entire experience stress-free.
This condo was perfect for our family. Great location, great layout, great space. Garage, bike storage, washer/dryer, hot tub… It fit everyone very well. Everything was so nice and we will definitely be staying here again.
This property was perfectly described and lived up to its expectations. What a view from every window! The Property Managers were incredibly responsive, solution oriented and kind with the few items that arose throughout our stay!
The property is in a great spot for skiing...although we were here in the summer, we were able to easily access town, mountain and trails.
Parking is a little cumbersome but we made it work.
We can't say enough positive things about this amazing property. The convenience of being able to walk outside and ski to the lift was such a treat for our three teens and the ability to bring our dog made this family trip even better. This home was immaculate and provided everything we needed! We definitely plan to come back.
We enjoyed this condo. Perfect for us and our dig. We enjoyed the porch for two and its view of the mountains. There was a locked storage room for our bikes in the garage. So many places yo bike and hike in CB and Mount CB. Customer service was responsive and friendly, easy to work with.

Perfect place for a trip with friends. We had an amazing time and loved the place as we were able to ski to the lifts and ski right off the mountain back to the place.The shuttle was super easy to figure out and extremely convenient for going to town without needing cars.The hosts were communicative and easy to work with! Only thing that could be better is the community hot tub’s jets were broken and the condo could use some door stoppers.But those are minor issues and we would absolutely stay again!
The place is perfect for large groups. The beds are amazing. You have to be able to climb stairs with your luggage and you get out of breath because of altitude. Not good for older folks. Laundry room was fully stocked, the place has everything you don't need anything but your clothes. Good stores in town to shop.
Very nice place. Bathrooms were very nice and redone. Kitchen counters were great and easy to clean. This place has great windows with views! The pictures online don’t really do this place justice. Parking is tight on the end but doable with a large expedition. Thanks!
Cozy condo located on Mt. Crested Butte off the ski slopes. Ample room for the whole family plus our dog. Great view of the mountains and sunrises/sunsets. Fully stocked kitchen with the option of cooking-in and close enough to town if you wanted to enjoy a bite out! Appreciated the garage to protect the car from the snow/freezing temperatures. Also, on the bus route if you did not want to drive or walk to the slopes. Heated bathroom floors, gas fireplace and thermostats in every room so everyone from your party can control the temperature to their own comfort.
Had a great time at the Dogwood, the condo is large and has plenty of places to relax. The king beds are actual king beds, unlike some other VRBO's that claim a queen size is king. One point to note is that while this property is dog friendly, you need to make sure your dog basically makes no noise. We make sure our dog doesnt bark incessantly, but still got yelled at by a realtor who was "closing a deal" because our dog barked once on the deck and was promptly brought in. The only other complaint would be that the cleaning crew could do a better job in the bathrooms, but overall the property was pretty clean. We would definitely consider staying here again next time we're in CB.

Thank you Patrick for leaving a review. I'm incredibly sorry that you didn't find our cleaning fully up to par. It is probably the most important thing about a rental and we normally keep cleaning at a very high level. I'll talk to my staff and make sure that we get things tightened up. So sorry. In regard to your pet, the complex has had issues in the past with barking dogs and I think tolerance can be a bit low. My recollection of the incident is that we got a call from the HOA and had to ask that you bring your dog inside. We have a dog too and while she's generally quiet, she does have a rather big bark and we try to be sensitive to those around us. I think most folks do that anyway. The realtor shouldn't have been rude, I'd agree with you there.
