We absolutely love this condo! The private patio is so nice, the unit is beautiful and very well maintained and the location makes getting to anything on the resort a breeze.

Awesome Condo

This rental could not have been any better. It's walking distance to several restaurants, steps away from the pool, and a short walk to the beautiful beach. The unit was very clean and perfect for our stay on Marco Island.

It was well kept, had everything needed, even a bottle of wine welcoming you! Pool was just steps away. It was close to restaurants, shops, gas station/convenient store. Gary was a fantastic host and communicated very well. Highly recommended and will certainly stay there again.

Great location on Marco Island

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great location in walking distance to some excellent restaurants. Nice garden and patio right outside our door and we had a view of the ocean. We could walk right out our patio door and it was just a few steps to the pool area. Condo was well equipped with beach chairs, umbrella and cooler bag.

Short beach trip

Great location for short beach trip. You can buy chairs and an umbrella on the beach. You can also buy food and drinks on the property. Gary stayed in communication with me and answered my questions quickly. I would stay there again. (There is not a washer or dryer on the site.)

Great location and walking distance to happy hour restaurants

We stayed on pool level and love this location. The elevators were a little slow at times. Parking is convenient. Marco beach can’t be beat. Everyone in hotel is helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and our unit was very clean. We bought a styrofoam cooler the first day to keep our beverages cold and used the mini Frig for food items.

Super location, great condo

This condo is beautiful, loved the patio! It is perfectly stocked for kitchen and bath. The best part is the location. There is no need to elevator to the lobby then get to the pool and terrace. You simply exit the patio doors and there you are! Also easy access to the beach - all without having to go through lobby. Felt very safe even in Covid-19 pandemic. Gary and Suzanne are super and very responsive. There is no ocean view, but that was not a concern for me as it was mostly after dark when I was actually in the condo. Overall I highly recommend this as a getaway for 1-2!
