Paradise Found, look no more! A beautifully updated coastal contemporary Condo. The condo has all high-quality finishes. High-end granite, all new stainless appliances, and cabinets, glass tile, many lighting options, the main living area in the unit is classy yet comfortable and is just fun to relax in. This unit looks straight down the beach access. It has a plush tropical setting looking outside at your surroundings! This unit is located across the street from the JW Marriott Resort and is approximately 100 ft from the beautiful Marco beach. The unit includes 2 large LED/LCD TVs with cable and free high-speed wireless internet. There is a desk in the unit and a multi-function wi-fi printer if you must work. The bedroom is the largest 1BD condo in the building and features a coastal bedroom set with a king-size bed. The bedroom layout is larger and has a more spacious bedroom than the majority of units in the building. The Pottery Barn couch has a queen-size pullout. The bathroom is updated with dual sinks and amazing glass tile. The condo can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. We have several beach supplies in the condo for your enjoyment as well as the most basic necessities. The main level of the complex has a great heated pool, tennis court, and grill for cooking out. Included, 2 beach bikes for your enjoyment. Condo is deep cleaned before every visit by outstanding cleaning service. There is a $25 one-time user fee at check-in in the office by the association. The condo was awesome. Great location directly across from public beach access! The rental includes access to beach chairs and a cart with plenty of extra towels so need to bring all of that with you when traveling. Our favorite aspect of our stay was the two bikes we had available to use during our stay. We were able to see a lot around the island and bike to dinner which was great. I would definitely recommend booking this place if you are planning to stay in Marco. Lastly, there is a wonderful nail shop (Foxy Nails) in the building so that is a great benefit for those that need those last minute mani/pedis.

Property was a very quick walk to the beach and to the JW Marriott hotel and conference center. We had a business trip at the JW Marriott and staying at this condo was just perfect for two guests! It made a business trip feel like a vacation! Loved the kitchen!!

Condo was very clean and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the balcony. Location was perfect for beach access and for walking to restaurants. Pool area was also very nice. We look forward to staying here again!

Relaxing weekend

I enjoyed my stay at the property. As mentioned in other reviews, the location is ideal and the biggest perk. Very easy to walk to the beach in a few minutes. On-site pool is relaxing as well. The only thing I would note is the elevator can be heard, but it’s manageable if your enjoying the island. I would consider staying again.

Peaceful stay

I was there for a convention, and my husband is there for relaxation. The convention center at JW Marriott, it’s just a short walk from the condo. My husband is able to walk out of the condo across the street and directly onto the beach through an access point which is located directly across from the community. We were blown away by the coziness and cleanliness and peacefulness of the unit. We loved it and will be back.

Perfect Little Getaway!

John's condo was the perfect spot for an extended weekend getaway! The unit was as clean as it gets with all the amenities you'd want in a beach retreat, including a pool, tennis court, beach equipment, and bikes to name a few. But the location is probably the biggest highlight, being located directly across the street from 1 of only 4 public beach accesses on the island. Will definitely consider coming back in the future!

Lovely apartment and John was great. A storm knocked out the power and he was right there with flashlights, candles and a phone charger(!!!) in no time. Definitely will return.

Let’s start with the good … great location, decorated nicely… kitchen stocked well The down side… 4 beach chairs 2 broken,not enough towels,couch and rug dirty and pillows, sheets and comforter were worn out. Also trouble with door lock… Owner did respond quickly …Other than that we had a great stay
