Welcome to your Naples vacation home.
Great location! This large 2 bedroom, 2 bath FIRST FLOOR condo is located in the heart of the Winter Park complex. It is just steps from the large, wonderful Resort-Style Pool and Tennis, Pickle Ball, and Bocce courts.
The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a private walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 twin-sized beds and an updated bathroom. Enjoy the new and updated kitchen with a breakfast bar area along with full dining and family room seating areas in this open floor plan unit. A front lanai provides the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the Naples atmosphere.
We proudly provide a fully furnished condo with bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, kitchen appliances and household items (plates, glasses, utensils, etc.), a washer & dryer in the unit. The home comes with two Hi- Definition TV’s as well as cable and free wi-fi.
To keep the community safe, association requires application approval for every person over age 18. The Application Fee is $100 per rental.
At the end of your stay there is a $150 cleaning fee.
