Years from now you'll still be talking about the view from this Palmetto Dunes Resort beachfront villa on Hilton Head Island. Just steps from the sand, this 3 level, 3 bedroom and 4-bath Palmetto Dunes Beach Villa townhouse will surely meet all of your expectations for the perfect island vacation.

The ground-level entry foyer shows off the new, easy-care tile flooring that is found throughout the villa. To the right is a laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer. Straight ahead are 2 spacious bedrooms, one with 2 queen-size beds and the other with a king bed. Each bedroom has a TV/DVD, a cafe table for 2, double closets, a full wall of windows with a beach view and a slider door to the patio, and a private bath.

To the left of the foyer, a spiral staircase leads to the 2nd level and the villa's common areas. The living room features a high cathedral ceiling, a wall mounted Flat screen TV, a comfortable seating group, and a wall of windows with a slider door to the balcony. The adjoining dining room has a table with seating for 6, a matching buffet, and a second wall of windows with a slider to the balcony. Along with the panoramic beach view, the awning-shaded balcony offers an outdoor dining table for 4 and relaxing lounge chairs.

Behind the dining room are a full bath and a galley kitchen with all full-size appliances, new countertops, new cabinetry, and a breakfast/serving counter with 2 stools.

Another spiral staircase goes to the 3rd level where there is a secluded master suite with a queen-size bed, a TV/DVD, a walk-in closet, a large window overlooking the ocean, and a private bath.

Loved that each bedroom had its own bath.

Then views of the beach & ocean was impressive. The walk to the beach access was a few minutes. Their is a great restaurant by the beach access with public bathrooms.

It was a wonderful stay, but then…

I went here on my bachelorette trip this past weekend. It was an incredible place! The layout was perfect, and super spacious. Great view of the ocean! But then, I was sleeping in one of the queen beds on the bottom level, and found a huge stain on the comforter that appeared to be blood. To make things 100x worse, you could clearly tell it had not been washed because the stain was crusty.. After that, I questioned the cleanliness of everything. The coffee pot was also gross and had to be washed and there were food remains on the balcony floor. Other than that, great place.

Great location, but needs an updated improvement

They condo is in a great location with easy access to the beach. Bathroom vents either did not work or were clogged from not being cleaned in a very long time. Mold around the air vents. Overall just needs a deep cleaning. and an update to this property would yield a great return! Gorgeous views! Lovely beach!

Stay was OK

The property is a little dated. Could use some updates. The master bedroom on the first floor has peeling sheetrock on the ceiling. It looks to have been wet at one time. When we arrived, the cleaning inspector notified me that the shower curtain in the guest bathroom was missing. Also the wheel on the grill was broke off. She said she would report it. We never received a shower curtain from the property management. We bought one at the local walmart.

Great week

Perfect for our family. Plenty of room to spread out and great view of ocean. Notified manager of cracked toilet and they sent someone out that day to replace it.
