Beautiful newly built apartment (June 2014) to Riva del Sole, resort nestled in the pine forest at about one kilometer from Castiglione della Pescaia, in the most beautiful stretch of coast. The room was tastefully decorated by an architect who has optimized the space choosing modern furniture and furnishings. Downstairs living room with movable bed, sliding closet and como 'rustic Tuscan 1800s and a bathroom; upstairs dining kitchen and large terrace with sea view.

A pochi passi dal mare, una bella scoperta

Ottima posizione, a 300 passi dalla riva del mare e in mezzo a una macchia di pineta che rende il clima più mite anche in giornate molto calde. A soli 10 minuti in bici si arriva in centro a Castiglione. Mare splendido. Appartamento piccolo, ma confortevole, proprietario estremamente cortese e disponibile. Consigliato

Wohnung am Meer

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Am schönsten sind der Balkon hoch in den Pinienkronen und die tolle Lage am Meer. Alessandro war sehr hilfreich mit Tipps. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort.

Herrlicher Urlaub

Das Appartment verfügt über 2 Stockwerke, im Eingangsbereich Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette, im oberen Stockwerk Aufenthaltsraum mit perfekt eingerichteter Küche, Sofa, Flachbildfernseher mit ital. Sendern, Klimaanlage, Barhocker, Mückennetz und angenehme Terrasse mit großem Sonnenschirm und Wäscheständer, wo wir täglich unser Frühstück unter Pinien genossen haben. In 1 min. ist man am Strand mit sehr sauberem Wasser (blaue Flagge), wo man wählen kann, ob man Liegestühle und Schirm mieten will oder in unmittelbarer Nähe auch freie, wenig besuchte Strandabschnitte finden möchte. In 2 min. Fußmarsch befindet sich bei einem Hotel ein Supermarkt, wo man täglich frisches Brot kaufen kann. Ebenso 2 min.entfernt sind gute Restaurants für Fisch, Pizza... Das Zentrum erreichten wir mit dem Auto in 4 min., mit dem Fahrrad in 10 min., zu Fuß in 20 min.. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschft des Hausbesitzers Alessandro, der uns viele gute Tipps für gute Restaurants... gegeben hat. Wir würden unseren Urlaub jederzeit wieder in diesem Appartment buchen.

Pienamente soddisfacente

Siamo stati molto soddisfatti dell'alloggio per la posizione (zona tranquilla a pochi passi dalla spiaggia), la dotazione dell'alloggio (bene attrezzato) e sulla comodità e funzionalità (pur se di ridotte dimensioni). Ovviamente, essendo su due piani, non è adatto per bambini piccoli. Molto gentile e cordiale il proprietario

Idylle pur !!

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt ! Die in jedem Detail durchdachte Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und alles funktioniert super. Sehr hübsch alles, im oberen Stock ist man schon fast auf Baumkronen-Höhe der Pinien und hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick, inkl. auch dem Meer. Der Vermieter, Alessandro, ist sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend, und auch immer für einem da, wenn man was braucht, ein top Gastgeber !! Die Umgebung bietet alles: Einer der schöneren Strandabschnitte, Restaurants in der Nähe, top Morgen-Kaffe an der Strandbar 50 m vom Haus. Das Städchen kann man zu Fuss schnell erreichen. Meine Frau und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt hier, die Ferienwohnung war in jeder Beziehung perfekt. :) Jederzeit gerne wieder!

De woning is heel stijlvol ontworpen en de inrichting is compleet.

Ons verblijf was heel fijn. We zijn heel gastvrij ontvangen. De ligging van de woning is perfect t.o.v. het strand en bereikbaarheid van het stadje. Supermarkt op loop en fietsafstand. De omgeving is prachtig, mooie natuur. Uitzicht vanaf het balkon is super, zeezicht.

Apartment close to the beach

Perfect position, close to the beach and shops. Lock up parking that is very important in August in this area and a great guy for landlord! I am coming back next year!

La casetta nella pineta

Siamo stati in questo appartamentino due settimane ad agosto. Locale pulito e dotato di tutti i confort moderni forno a induzione super. Posizionato in una delle più belle località toscane, sia come mare che spiagge ( spiaggia attrezzata "le cannucce" consigliamo prenotare per tempo). Appartamento immerso nella pineta, bello balconcino esterno con vista mare. Proprietario Alessandro sempre disponibile per ogni situazione, ci ha messo a disposizione il suo barbecue, una vera bomba. Nelle vicinanze ristoranti sia di carne che pesce anche per chi ricerca piatti particolari.

Appartamentino a due passi dal mare...

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casina di Alessandro per 12 giorni...piccina ma funzionale. La scala un po' scomoda/pericolosa con una bimba piccola(la nostra ha 21 mesi)ma per una coppia va benissimo! C'è una scala esterna in comune con la famiglia del proprietario e poi la villa si divide in due ingressi... La casina é su due piani: al piano inferiore c'ê il letto a scomparsa(molto semplice da tirare su e giù),l'armadio con le ante scorrevoli e il bagno... (a noi Alessandro ha aggiunto anche un lettino per la nostra bimba) Al piano superiore:divano letto,tavolo,credenza e cucina mansardata e il bel terrazzino... utile a stendere i teli mare e le varie lavatrici e per pranzare/cenare... Non abbiamo mai mangiato all'interno! Tutto pulitissimo,e biancheria che sá di "casa"... Alessandro e la moglie Sandra sono molto carini e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa! Pomodori del suo orto di "sabbia" fantastici! 😉 L'appartamento é davvero a due passi dal mare,ci sono sia spiagge libere che attrezzate...noi abbiamo optato per la libera,essendo agosto ci aspettavamo caos e invece no...abbiamo sempre trovato posto e senza essere appiccicati al vicino d'ombrellone! Parcheggio interno alla villa. Nei dintorni consiglio assolutamente il ristorante "la terra di Nello"(menù di carne) e l'Osteria del mare "lo svotapentole" (menù di pesce "lavorato" pochissimo) In entrambi i posti carinissimi,attenti al cliente e a noi non hanno nemmeno fatto pagare nulla alla bimba!
