Cozy Cove ~ Family Retreat in the Woods! Walk to River

Cozy Cove is a quintessential Russian River cabin! Less than a block from a fantastic neighborhood beach known as Cozy Cove, the house provides beach chairs, life vests, sand buckets and shovels, and an old fashioned red wagon to carry all your toys to and from the house. Your family will appreciate the simplicity of relaxing, cooking, playing at the river and in the basement recreation room with a ping-pong table and more kid's activities! The front porch catches abundant sunlight and includes cozy seating, propane BBQ and dining table.

Inside, the kitchen, dining and living rooms are open for maximum fun while cooking and hanging out. Relaxing beds and ample storage in each bedroom mean you'll be comfortable day and night.

Walk to town! Cozy Cove is just a hair over a mile from Main Street, Guerneville, and all the shops, restaurants, wine tasting rooms and art galleries! The historic walking bridge shaves just a smidge off the walk and carries you to downtown without walking along cars for the last leg of the journey.

Cozy Cove is part of a tight knit residential neighborhood with a mix of permanent residents and vacation homes. Guests and neighbors relish the peaceful nature of this community, so we ask guests to pay close attention to the posted quiet hours and respect the neighborhood's slower pace of life (and driving).

Know Before You Book:

Maximum Occupancy and Quiet Hours:
The maximum occupancy at Cozy Cove is 7 people. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 9:00 am. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at any time.

Parking:
There is parking for 3 to 4 cars parked in tandem in the garage and driveway. Street parking is scarce. RVs, trailers and campers are prohibited, per the Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance.

Bed Sizes:
First bedroom: Queen bed; Second bedroom: Queen bed; Third bedroom: one Full and one Twin bed.

Heat Source:
This house has central heat. The fireplace is decorative only.

Rec/Game Room: The game room is an unheated, uninsulated space. Temperature varies throughout the year.

Stairs:
There are two sets of stairs to the house: one from the parking area to the front deck and main entrance - approx. 20 steps - and one from the back yard to the dining room slider door - approx. 20 steps.

Fencing:
The yard is fully fenced when the gate to the road is closed.

Proximity to Wineries:
Korbel Winery is the closest winery at 4 miles, but there are tasting rooms in downtown Guerneville about 1 mile away.

Nearest River Beach:
The nearest river access is less than a block away and approximately a 1 minute walk - though the beach is variable seasonally.

Nearest Ocean Beach:
The coastal beaches in Jenner are approx. 14 miles.
