The house overlooks the site of MarInCelu and like a Genoese tower it dominates the bay of Porto Pollo, facing the open sea.

It embodies the comfort of a boutique family home. With three bedrooms including a triple, each with its private bathroom and sanitary, you can stay up to nine people.

Organized around a large living room with a nice kitchen and a comfortable lounge with large flat screen TV, this house will give you a sense of conviviality.

The exteriors with its large terrace and the natural space (lawn and Mediterranean garden) dedicated to relaxation offer a 360 ° view of a preserved environment that will delight your senses.

The 7m by 3m above ground pool is equipped with a heat pump and a bubble cover that allow use at any time. The lighting around the beach facilitates night bathing.
