Beautiful Country-Themed Tiny House 145

Custom built tiny house perfect for romantic getaways, out of town relatives visiting family, and vacations! The house is located right off Highway 36, we are only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, and 35 miles from Round Top.

Plenty of room to park your boat after a day at the lake.

The tiny house has a comfortable queen size bed, downstairs has a full-sized futon, a spacious shower and bathroom with a regular sized sink and toilet, and a nice kitchen area. The home has a smart TV mounted on the wall in the living area that can be connected to your smartphone's hotspot to watch Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, etc.

No smoking inside home.

Quiet time is 10:00 PM due to shared amenities and other guest units on the property.


We also have a larger barndominium at Vrbo/1136500. It sleeps 8, has an outdoor firepit area! All of the houses are located on the same 3 acre property.

Quaint and cozy tiny house.

The stay was easy and nice. A simple and charming tiny house that offers a relaxed atmosphere. You enter and quickly step away from world reality and into relaxing vacation mode. It has easy and shortly out of the way drives to College Station and Caldwell areas.Which there was a love seat instead of two chairs and a second set of bed sheets.

Beautiful and Resonable

This cute tiny house was just what we needed. The location was close enough to College Station without the higher price of a motel room on game day. The house was clean and decorated well. The only negative which cannot be avoided was traffic noise from the highway. The other cabins on this property are just as nice as well and accommodate more people.

Awesome Tiny Home Vacation

Enjoyed our stay in Caldwell Texas. The fire pit was so nice. We look forward to coming back again soon. We highly recommend the tiny homes!!

Wish it wasn't so close to the highway. Noise all night long. Would be nice to have a light closer to the sink and shower. A little dark in there.

The property was clean, perfect size for 2. The outdoor firepit and grill with lighting were nice. Only request would be to provide an outdoor water hose bib for cleaning chairs and table. We enjoyed a weekend of fishing at lake Somerville. Thanks Leon!

Incredible and cozy

Such a cozy space. Great decor, awesome outdoor space. The only downside to this property is the closeness to Hwy 36, but that won’t keep me away. I will definitely return.

Loved the tiny house

Stayed here 3 night to go back and forth to Round Top. It was about a 40 minute drive. It was clean and comfortable. Loved the full size shower and especially LOVED the sweet private yard with fire pit.

We had an Outstanding Stay at the Caldwell Properties Customer Services Top of The Class. Location could not have been better and the 2 unites we rented covered all the sleeping / outdoor cooking / Games / pets / fire pits We had a Tiny House and the small Barndo which was Great.

Cute little gem.

Very cute property. It is indeed a tiny house! With that in mind, my only complaint is that I wish the inside had a more comfortable place to sit other than the storage unit disguised as a couch. Outdoor the unit are multiple seating areas. Some in the trees with a firepit and grill, some on the patio of the barndominium near the hot tub. Speaking of the hot tub - amazing. Loved sitting in it reading my magazine on the morning of our departure. Easy to get to, 30 minutes from campus. Down the road in Lyons is a little Texaco station that had a quesadilla burger that I think I need to make a return trip to try.
