Newly Built Tiny House Near College Station and Round Top Area

Custom built tiny house perfect for romantic getaways, out of town relatives visiting family, and vacations! The house is located right off Highway 36, we are only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, and 35 miles from Round Top.

Plenty of room to park your boat after a day at the lake.

The tiny house has a comfortable queen size bed, a spacious shower and bathroom with a regular sized sink and toilet, and a nice kitchen area. The home has a smart TV mounted on the wall in the living area that can be connected to your smartphone's hotspot to watch Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, etc.

No smoking inside home

Quiet time is 10:00 PM due to shared amenities and other guest units on the property.

We also have a larger barndominium at Vrbo/1136500. It sleeps 8 and has an outdoor firepit area! All of the houses are located on the same 3 acre property.

Enjoyable and unique

We never stayed in a Tiny House before. Would have been nice if it wasn’t right next to a main road (rather not hear traffic) sleeping in the Loft was interesting. But not so fun when you have to get several time to go to the bathroom. Overall we had a lovely time.

First time in tiny home

It was a very nice and clean tiny house. The only issue we had was the stairs going up to bed were very tall. It was difficult to get up and down and crawl in bed wihout hitting your head. Internet was advertised but it was terrible. But we made do without. The weather was rainy so we didn't get to enjoy the outside area. But it looked very nice.

Unique getaway

The “little house” was adorable! Loved the rustic/shabby chic style decor. Very clean. Nice stay for a couple. The grounds were very nice. The fire pits and sitting areas give you a camping feel.

Perfect for a short getaway!

I visited for two reasons: spring break relaxation, and to see if “Tiny living” was for me. The place was immaculate and cozy! Beautiful interior so perfectly decorated. When I first opened the door, I automatically thought oh no too small. Throughout my stay however, I felt like there was plenty of room and am now going to continue my desire to find my own Tiny Home! Host was great at answering my questions and responded within an hour of any message I sent. This cozy Tiny Home was all I wanted and then some! Highly recommend!

Cute and Cozy

My mom and I took a girls trip to see the antiques fair in Round Top. This is THE cutest place we’ve ever stayed. Every comfort you could ever ask for nestled in a cozy tiny home experience. It’s easy to find right off the main road. The patio lights are a huge help when coming back at night. The only (small) negative we found was the amount of noise from the main road throughout the night. My mom also thought a hand railing on the outside steps would be helpful. Overall we had a great time and look forward to coming back next year. Thank you for an awesome stay!
