Very nice villa for 9 people, swimming pool, splendid view over Palamos bay and hills

Cap Torres is a completely independent villa located on the heights of the beautiful residential area of Cabanyes. The villa is of Spanish type and was built all in curve. You will enjoy a large property including a private swimming pool (available from May to October and heated for an additional fee) with bubble bath, secluded from view with shaded area, a beautiful covered terrace with a barbecue, as well as a garden and enough space to park several cars. The magnificent and panoramic view at 270 ° embraces the Mediterranean Sea, the bay of Palamos and the surrounding wooded hills.
The house is built on three levels: on the garden level is the garage as well as the children's bedroom and its bathroom. The ground floor consists of the entrance, a WC, the kitchen, the living room, the dining room, the large covered terrace as well as the master bedroom en suite. Upstairs there are 2 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a large solarium terrace ideal for evening aperitifs. The tower room is only accessible from the outside.

Perfect Villa

Fantastic! The views, the style of the house, the kitchen (fully equipped), the round shaped rooms in the towers, the conservatory, the space, the pool ... we had an excellent time and really enjoyed the villa.

Wonderful location

The house is perfect for couples and parents with older children. Lots of space and room for privacy, yet close together. You can hang out in the sun, but have lots of shady spaces as well, which was important to us. Huge, very well-equipped kitchen. Breathtaking view! Very friendly owner and the people managing the property also take very good care of you. We will definitely come back!

Lovely pool and views. Very well equipped. A bit of a drive from town but that's what gave us the views. Pool attendant and gardener were no bother. Somewhat of a walk from kitchen to dine outside and base of BBQ needs to be higher to cook quickly.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub mit 8 Personen und das Haus hat fast alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt.Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. An die vielen Treppen und verschiedenen Ebenen gewöhnt man sich.Der Pool ist sehr schön und sauber.Kommunikation und Checkin waren sehr freundlich und unproblematisch.Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Familienvilla mit Ausblick

Die Villa war insgesamt geräumig und hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Der Pool war schön und gepflegt, die Aussicht zum Meer genial. An Ausstattung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gibt viele verschiede Sitzmöglichkeiten drinnen und draußen. Auch für die Kinder ist drinnen und draußen genug Platz zum Spielen. Als einziges Manko kann das leichte Feuchtigkeitsproblem im untersten Schlafzimmer und in den Küchenkästchen genannt werden. Sollten wir wieder in dieser Konstellation in diese Gegend reisen, würden wir sicherlich wieder diese Villa buchen.

Prachtig huis maar veel te kleine bedden

Mooi huis met zwembad, mooie omgeving. Enige (grote) minpunt zijn de te kleine bedden. De 2-persoonsbedden zijn maximaal 140 breed.

Super sejour entre amis

La maison est comme sur les photos. Les précautions ont ete a la hauteurs de nos attentes : - vue magnifique - lit confortable - cuisine fonctionnelle avec tout les équipements nécessaires - clim - la veranda est agreable pour les soirees plus fraiches. A l'abri avec une belle vue Petits inconvénients mais qui ne sont pas trop genant non plus : - les 3 niveaux sont pas tres pratiques - la pac piscine n'est pas en fonction. Avec une eau a 23 c'est dommage - odeur d'egout dans les toilette a coté de la cuisine. Heureusement qu'il y en a d'autre

Schön wie immer

Cap torre ist ein wunderbarer Ort um auszuspannen. Die Sicht über die Bucht von Palamos ist spektakulär. Durch die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten ist für jedes Wetter ein gutes Plätzchen vorhanden. Der Wintergarten ist durchdacht und gut zu bedienen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderbare Ausblicke

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, die Top-Lage bietet einen tollen Ausblick. Besonders gut hat uns die Poolanlage gefallen, die zweimal in der Woche gepflegt wird. Wir hatten selten einen so sauberen Pool. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet - bis hin zum Sektverschluss :). In der Garage gibt es sogar eine zusätzliche Kühltruhe. Die Eigentümer standen stets für Fragen zur Verfügung. Man benötigt aber unbedingt ein Auto.

Ein Haus das kaum Wünsche offen lässt

Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen und ausgestattet. Vom schönen Geschirr über riesige Kochtöpfe und genügend Besteck ist alles vorhanden. Die Aussicht über San Antoni de Calonge und Palamos ist genial. Überall am Haus gibt es Ecken wo man sich niederlassen kann und einfach nur geniessen!! Alles ist super sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist perfekt. Wir waren eine große Familie mit mit 9 Personen. Großeltern, Eltern junge Erwachsene und Kinder. Jede/r hat sich wohl gefühlt. Schade ist nur, dass das Kinderzimmer mit 3 Betten das einzige Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage ist. Da kann es schon etwas stickig werden. Wir werden definitiv nächstes Jahr wiederkommen und danken der Agentur alvent und den Vermietern Anne und Jean-Francois Caprasse für die gute Betreuung und das tolle Haus!!

Beautiful House. It just had not been opened. We paid for a whole extra day and they still charged

The house was beautiful. It would have been nice to know that all trash bags, paper towels and extra toilet paper were not included. The house had not been opened. We had to help the person with figuring out the keys. It needed to be aired out!

Excelente!!

La ubicación del alojamiento te deja sin palabras. Está en lo alto de una colina y se ve todo el monte y el mar de fondo, es increíble. La carretera tiene mucha pendiente y necesitas el coche para todo, pero merece la pena. La casa tiene mucha intimidad y la zona de la piscina estaba muy cuidada. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y tenía desde tuppers hasta batidora de varillas y moldes para hacer bizcochos. Algunas cosas estaban un poco más viejitas pero funcionaban perfectamente. La atención de la agencia de 10 y más en estos tiempos de Covid. Las habitaciones con su baño independiente cada una. Algunos están recién reformados. Aire acondicionado en cada habitación (menos en la que está abajo que tiene ventilador). Lavadora y secadora. De verdad que no le falta detalle .... Gracias por todo!!

Dieses Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert. Deshalb auch die Höchstpunktzahl. Jedes der 4 Schlafzimmer hat ein separates Bad. Wohnzimmer und Terasse sind riesig. Die runde Küche ist üppig ausgestattet und so optimal angeordnet, dass sich 5 Personen gleichzeitig arbeiten können . Alle Innen- und Außenbereiche, sowie der Pool sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Diverse Sitzgruppen innen und außen laden zum Verweilen ein.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir haben die vergangenen zwei Wochen in der Villa Cap Torres verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Villa ist perfekt eingerichtet. Der Blick ist atemberaubend und die Strände in der Umgebung sind sehr schön. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Für kleinere Kinder, aufgrund der Treppen und der Zimmeraufteilung nur dann zu empfehlen, wenn die Kinder entweder im Elternzimmer schlafen, oder schon sehr selbstständig sind. Man braucht definitiv für alle Besorgungen, Strand- und Restaurantbesuche ein Auto.

Komfortable Villa mit tollem Ausblick

Die Villa mit Grundstück und Pool war so wie beschrieben. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben nichts vermisst. Man muss sich an die Laufwege gewöhnen, da sich die großzügige Wohnfläche auf 3 Etagen verteilt. Besonders toll sind das Esszimmer und die halboffene Veranda, beide mit phantastischem Ausblick. Die Vertragsabwicklung und Procedere vor Ort sind unproblematisch.

mehr geht nicht .....

Sieben Erwachsene und ein kleiner Junge aus Deutschland haben hier zwei wirklich schöne Wochen verbracht. Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wirklich keine!! Das Haus liegt wunderbar und bietet mehr als man sich im Vorfeld ausmalt. Besonders hervorrufen muss man den Eigentümer Jean-Francois- zu jeder Zeit eine sehr nette Kommunikation und offen für alle Fragen. Wir haben uns „zu Hause“ gefühlt 💙. Wir empfehlen das Objekt zu 100% weiter und kommen bestimmt irgendwann nochmal zurück. Danke

Une très bonne semaine de vacances

Très Jolie villa, superbement située sur les hauteur de Cabanyes avec une vue fabuleuse sur la baie de Palamos et les collines boisées. Prestations de qualité et maison très bien équipée. Les enfants ont pu profité des jeux á l’intérieur pendant les journées de météo plus maussade. À l’année prochaine car nous avons passé des vacances de rêve et merci pour l’accueil
