Welcome to 32A Virginia Avenue, a recently renovated retreat perfect for family vacations and group getaways. This spacious home offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to ten guests. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas are ideal for entertaining and gathering together. Step up to the shared rooftop deck to enjoy panoramic city views, connect with neighbors, and swap stories from the day's adventures. For larger groups, you can also rent the upstairs unit and accommodate up to 20 guests, making this an excellent option for family reunions. Ideally located just steps from top restaurants, shopping, the iconic boardwalk, and the beach, you can park your car and walk everywhere Rehoboth Beach has to offer. The property includes a private driveway with parking for two cars, shared with Unit B. Amenities include central air conditioning, washer and dryer, a front porch, ceiling fans, outdoor shower, and an electronic keypad for easy check-in and check-out. Please note that linens are not provided, though a rental package is available. One dog is permitted with a pet fee. This home is part of a two-unit building, with the rooftop deck, washer, dryer, and outdoor showers shared among common areas. Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges. Great Stay in Rehoboth

We come every year to Rehoboth and this was one of our most favorite places we've ever stayed. Instructions were clear, Everything was labeled, and the home was clean and beautiful. I'd highly recommend this property

Great location, well-stocked kitchen, and nicely furnished. The 2 bathrooms in particular were creatively designed. Only complaint was that the mattresses on the lower pyramid bed and the small room w/ queen bed were quite soft. Clean, but too soft.

Great place, nice location!

This was the second time we have stayed here and we loved it just the sand as the first time. One block from the beach at the end of the boardwalk. Across the street is Gerar Park for the dog and a playset for the kids.

Wonderful beach week

This home was very clean upon arrival. Location is great. Only a short walk to the beach and 3 blocks to the hear of Rehoboth. The open living room/dining room was great for family conversation and we loved the porch!

Great location - short stroll to beach and boardwalk. House is well maintained in a nice neighborhood. Perfect weekend getaway for me, my husband, and dog. Beautiful park with paved walking trail less than 1 block away!

Great location for a fall long weekend. Property is the lower half of a house. Has everything you could need for a stay. One block from the beach. 3 short blocks to Main Street. Loved being able to bring the dog.

Had a fun filled family vacation. House had plenty of room for family of 7. Outdoor area was terrific. Location was great. 5 minute walk to beach. Noticeable issues with upstairs neighbors inclusive noise and raining debris. Overall would recommend this location to others.

Property was fantastic. Only thing i would mention is parking situatuion. 4 total spots, 2 of which block in the other 2. Can be a problem if communication isnt had with the other vacationing family

Pleasant all around

This property is beautiful inside and out. Great location with a short walk to beach and main drag of Rehoboth. We were able to hear our upstairs neighbors a little, mainly when they're Roomba going during the day while they were out, sounded like a distant constant thunder. The street noise was noticable mainly during the weekends because the street was a well traveled one. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could possibly want. I'm in love with the Cutco knife block set!!! Everything was clean and beds were comfy enough. The porch was a favorite place for evening breezes and people watching. Only room for 5 people max in living room but kitchen table was big and beautiful! Great for card games etc. Grill was much appreciated and clean/ easy to use.

Could be great, but just ok

Pros: perfect location (close to beach, downtown, dog walking paths and dog beach), nice porch, nice outdoor shower, pet friendly. Cons: moldy, musty smell upon arrival until departure (even with candles and air fresheners we had to purchase), Indoor environment uncomfortably humid (everything felt moist and gross during our entire stay), sand on some of the mattress pads upon arrival - nasty), right door of main entrance is not to be used…if accidentally pushed open it is nearly impossible to get back into place (needs to be properly repaired). We would not choose to stay here again.

Pretty good but not perfect.

Great location, close to beach and downtown. Living room couches are really uncomfortable. Did have a problem with door lock, couldn't lock for a day, some delay getting it repaired. Additional problem with a blown breaker in kitchen, took some time to get help. There is good wifi, lots of tv channels.

Great location!

It’s a block and a half from the beach and the end of the boardwalk (5-min on foot). Kitchen is well equipped. TV’s in every bedroom. Good water pressure in both bathrooms. Perfect for a family of 4. The couch and loveseat only seats 5 so it could use a sectional (when it sleeps 9).
