Easy swim or kayak to Bassetts Island. Huge back yard slopes down to beach and picturesque salt water marsh. Sleeps eleven (master bedroom - king size bed, 2nd bedroom - king size bed, 3rd bedroom - two double beds, bunk room - two bunk beds and double bed). AC, new appliances. Freshly painted. Pet Friendly. Additional association beaches, tennis courts (two clay, two hardtop) and play ground, basket ball court within walking distance.
