Quiet gite with exclusive pool

Former restored dovecote located at the gates of the medieval village.
Old house of 75 m2 on 3 levels (parquet floors, exposed stones and beams), terrace and private garden with private outdoor swimming pool higher up in the property's garden. Access to the indoor heated swimming pool 10 months a year - except July and August.
Composed on the garden level of two bedrooms (11m2 with 1 160x200 bed and 10m2 with 2 90x200 beds), a bathroom, a wc, a landing with a small staircase leading to the 1st where there is the living room (20m2) and the kitchen (17m2) both opening onto the terrace and the private garden, finally into the kitchen, small staircase leading to a bedroom (10m2 with 2 90x200 beds) with a toilet and washing machine -hands.

PLEASE NOTE YOUR GUARANTEE WILL NOT BE REQUESTED ON YOUR ARRIVAL EITHER € 530 in checks or € 300 in cash (returned on the day of departure or 7 days after) Regarding the linen may be available (beds are made at arrival) for 12 euros per person.

Manque d’entretien

Gîte qui manque d’un réel entretien avec une odeur de renfermé et d’humidité très désagréable malgré le soleil et la chaleur que nous avons eu donc très aéré ! Côté piscine (non utilisé par manque de temps) mal entretenu! Malgré cela il est équipé correctement c’est très dommage

Logement agréable et bien situé

Week-end en famille très agréable dans cette maison ancienne, sur 3 niveaux, simplement aménagée mais où rien ne manque. Quelques pb d'humidité sans grande importance (ou en cours de réparation). La partie jardin/piscine doit être un gros plus à la belle saison ! Merci Thierry pour votre accueil et d'avoir été à nos petits soins.

Le pigeonnier

Super semaine , la piscine etait la bienvenu avec la chaleur . Le gîte est conforme à l'annonce, des petites choses a rénover mais rien de méchant. Merci à Thierry pour son accueil et ses conseils au top 😉 Cecile Joan et les enfants .

Déception. Cette location nuit à l image qu ABRITEL souhaite donner à sa clientèle.

Saint Cyprien est un joli village qui permet de rayonner agréablement dans la région. Cependant, la maison est on ne peut plus rustique : humidité suintant des murs rendant une chambre inutilisable, salle de bain à la limite de l’insalubrité, cuisine et son équipement spartiate, multiples escaliers relevant de l échelle de meunier. Son seul atout réside dans le jardin agréablement entretenu qui sert de focus à l’annonce. En conclusion, prix bien trop élevé par rapport à la qualité de l hébergement.

Logement bien situé

Rectificatif: l'avis datant de 2019 ne doit pas correspondre à ce logement dépourvu de piscine intérieure. - La petite piscine ronde extérieure exclusive est joliment arborée et donc bien isolée. Les tâches noires dans le fond n'aspirent pas à la baignade malgré le passage du robot le jour suivant notre arrivée. Nous en avons tout de même profité. - Le jardin est agréable, la terrasse est ombragée par des arbres. - Le logement est en décalage avec l'annonce par l'absence de photos (1er niveau avec sanitaires et 2 chambres ainsi que le côté évier de la cuisine au 2eme niveau) et la propreté passable dans certaines pièces malgré le ménage réalisé avant notre arrivée. Cette bâtisse à grand potentiel est très humide, elle mériterait un bon rafraîchissement et plus d'aération. La literie est de qualité, on y dort bien. Cependant, de part mon expérience de location Abritel, le confort ne vaut pas 210 euros la nuit ( hors frais et taxes) même en cette période estivale. - Son principal atout est sa situation géographique idéale pour visiter le Périgord Noir. Saint Cyprien est d'ailleurs un beau village. Thierry est de bon conseil pour les visites, les marchés, les produits locaux..

Villégiature calme et proche du centre de St CYPRIEN - Grand jardin pour les activités de plein-air

Nous avons passé une semaine mémorable. Les différents espaces intérieurs et extérieurs permettent la vie en famille et les moments de repos en retrait. Les piscines intérieure et extérieure et leurs abords et aménagements sont très agréables et confortables. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse.
