Perfect & Affordable Beach Vacation Home! Awesome Sunset Views!

Beautiful view of the sound from great room and master bedroom! Very well equipped home with many extras!
Charming 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home with awesome sunset views! 4 Decks! One off the great room and the other 3 decks off the bedrooms and kitchen.
Our back yard is completely fenced in. With gate on ground level and a gate off the first level deck.
With back steps leading to the back yard.

This home has a well equipped kitchen (microwave, refrigerator w/ automatic ice maker, and filtered water, blender, coffeemaker, kurig, dishwasher & more). The family room has a 50" smart TV with Hi Definition and DVD player with lots of dvds to choose from.

Living room has gas fireplace with cathedral ceiling and open floorplan to kitchen. There is sliding glass doors to front deck equipped with deck furniture to view the amazing sunsets every evening. Master bathroom is spacious and has a jacuzzi tub to relax in after a long day at the beach.
We have wireless high speed internet. And For your convenience there are a lot of extras, including: (7) bikes, boogie-boards, coolers, fishing rods, bar-b-que grill and gas grill etc. The house is located near milepost 13 within walking distance to the public beach access, Jockeys Ridge State Park. And a short ride to ocean and many fine restaurants and shopping.

The front and back decks are gated. ( for children and pets safety.) Back deck can access fenced in back yard.(easy to let dog out).
And the back yard is fenced and gated.
WE ALSO HAVE WIRELESS INTERNET.
We have linen service for an additional $85 wk.

This vacation home is truly the best we’ve ever stayed in! The hosts could not have been more accommodating and made sure that EVERYTHING was taken care of, including the pet we brought along. Bill and Donna are the best hosts! They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable home away from home… they set up a Christmas tree for our family stay during the holidays! They checked-in - to see if we needed anything. The house is well stocked with essentials and nice to haves. There’s a new sectional that is super comfortable and the ottoman/coffee table was a hit for games with our little guy. Further I think they got new appliances in the kitchen- which were really nice as well.

Nags Head Family Vacation

We had a great trip to the Nags Head area, including our stay at this fantastic beach house. Matching the description the hosts provide, the house is a perfect blend of old-school beach house with modern amenities. The location is great, minutes from the Jockey Ridge beach which our kids loved, and still close to some great local restaurants we tried while in town. Our hosts were very easy to get in touch with, and even reached out a few times to make sure our vacation was going well. Would highly recommend a stay with younger kids, they loved the property.

Well-appointed house near Jockeys Ridge

We had a wonderful stay, all three generations of us plus our golden retriever. The house was very comfortable for the six of us plus the dog, and well-appointed with dishes, cookware, beach equipment, and enough bicycles for us all! The location near Jockey’s Ridge and across the island from Cottage Row was great, and the sunsets were spectacular.

We love this house!

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children stayed here for 4 nights and it was wonderful. Plenty of room for everyone. It was very clean and fully stocked with wherever you needed. The view of the sound from the decks was amazing. The fenced in backyard was a plus, too. The owners were very prompt to answer any questions we had. Plenty of parking. My husband and I hosted my daughter's family of 5 with 3 dogs. House was very clean and had just about everything we needed. The only thing missing was soap in the showers. Some small hotel soaps would have been nice. Kitchen was well equipped, yard was fenced for the dogs, neighborhood was quiet. Beautiful views of the sound right in front of us. Just a quick walk to Soundside beach and about a mile to public access on the ocean side. I highly recommend this rental!
