All around 5 stars. Hosts were very attentive and the place was spotless. It truly had everything you need. Nice to walk to shops and restaurants as well. Great stay!

Good proximity to good restaurants, grocery stores, things to do. Unit was well stocked with kitchen supplies for the minimal cooking we did. Not the nicest unit, but got the job done for people that just wanted to enjoy the beach. One downside was that we opted to use the physical lockbox key rather than the keypad since it didn’t always open the first time.

The lock on the door is brand new, I replaced the old one two weeks ago. I used that new lock several times myself and found that if I tried to turn the handle before the sound of the lock moving stopped ,the lock would not disengage. It took it happening 2 times before I figured it out and started using a little patience. Now I wait those 2 or 3 seconds it takes for the lock to finish unlocking and then turn the handle. Pretty simple. Giving me a 4 star rating because of that was not very fair. You also had a chance to look at the photos of the condo and you saw the rate before you booked it so I don't understand what you expected when you arrived. If you wanted a million dollar condo for the rate you had to pay then yes it wasn't as nice as you expected but you also didn't have to pay the rate of a million dollar condo. Saying it wasn't as nice as you expected was also not fair. I don't have the ability to control your expectations all I can do is make my condo as comfortable and clean as possible. You were not the very first guests to use that condo, it has been booked pretty solid all summer so there are some things that need attention when the season ends but all popular units deal with that.

We absolutely loved staying here! Great location, great furniture and decor, great price! I really appreciated the host providing bottled water, toilet tissue, detergent, etc. Our stay went smoothly and we had zero issues! I would definitely stay here again.

We came for a Perfect Game baseball tournament. Having a washer & dryer in the room was wonderful. Kitchen was nice. Kids loved the pool & being close to the beach. We hope to return sometime in the future.

The property was spotless. The unit had everything we needed. The location was great. My wife had ankle surgery just before our trip and everything we needed access to on the grounds was accessible. The beach across the street even had an accessibility mat that she could use her knee scooter on to get to the beach (at least until Bertha broke it…we were told by OB city that it should be back early next week). Even with the bad weather this week we enjoyed our stay.

Nice clean condo with a great view of the beach. LOVE THE BALCONY!! Great location near stores, restaurants and easy to get to public beach via the crosswalk. Kitchen well stocked to cook, washer/drawer available. Quiet/secure condo community, no problem with noise from other people staying. Great communication between host, questions promptly answered, and excellent explanations. Wonderful trip overall! Our family really enjoyed our vacation to Orange Beach.
