This spacious 1600 sq. ft fully renovated and beautifully decorated condo has a breathtaking unobstructed view of the main channel. It comes with a 12x32' slip that our guests may use during their visit. It is close to 12 golf courses, a waterpark (Margaritaville) and is only 10 minutes from the Osage Beach Outlet shopping mall. Inside you will find 3 bedrooms each with a private bath and access to a private deck. 2 bedrooms have king beds and the 3rd bedroom has 1 set of bunk beds and a queen size bed. The Knolls boasts impressive amenities such as: • Indoor and Outdoor Pools

The master bedroom has a brand new 55" 4K Smart TV. The 3rd bedroom has a brand new 65" 4K Smart TV (perfect for gaming!). The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, Keurig, blender, dishes and knives. The condo includes a washer and dryer. The Master bath has been recently renovated. The condo is the top unit with vaulted ceilings, but only 14 stairs to the front door from the parking lot.

Why they chose this property
The instant we saw the views, the care that had gone into the unit, we were hooked. We looked at a few other condominiums in the area, but the amenities at the Knolls can't be beat.
What makes this property unique
The Knolls is a well established, well run resort condominium. It is centrally located at mile marker 22 in Osage Beach. Our unit has unobstructed views of the Main Channel - it just can't be beat!
