This spacious and beachfront condo is on the third floor and provides beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. It offers a shared pool and deluxe services like personal chefs can be arranged for great home-cooked meals every day. You can even go snorkeling and fishing right from the dock.

This popular resort is located in a relaxed and quiet area, a little ways from the main town, but you won't have to go far for fun! Portofino Restaurant and Rojo Beach Bar are right nearby. There is also a spa close by and several scuba diving centers, where you can book trips to the Blue Hole and other amazing spots. Venture a bit further and you'll be on the sands of Secret after driving five miles, while San Pedro is only six miles away.

Beautiful and Secluded

Beautiful and private. Love the location, it's far away from the busyness of the town but still have access to restaurants and stores only a few minutes walk or a short golf cart ride away. We will definitely return.

Nice place away from the craziness

We enjoyed our stay at Blue Water Villas. Liked that it was quiet and away from the town. There is a bit of a commute to town and amenities but it’s worth it.

Spectacular View

The view was spectacular. The villa was quite comfortable, convenient to several restaurants in the area, and close to Secret Beach. The pool, pier and internet were also great amenities.

This place was perfect for our vacation in Belize! All balconies face the sea. Beautiful sunrises!! Quiet area, yet still many places close by.

Awesome sunrise

The people and food were awesome. The locals will go out of the way to assist. The restaurants near the condo were fantastic so if you don’t feel like taking a ride into town you have several options. The only negative is: the road out to the condo is a bit rough. The folks who live there tell us work on the road starts in Jan.

Awesome stay

This is the 2nd time I stayed here and the place looks better now than last time. Love the new comfy furniture. The views, pool, grounds, and cleanliness are one of the best on the Island. The price makes it number 1 for me. I will be back….. many times

good experience

The decor was great. Super view. nice pool. Was a bit of a drive from San Pedro, but liked the quiet once we got there. Had a little trouble with the water leaks, but it was dealt with quickly. Gineli was wonderful to work with and very helpful in making arrangements for tours.

Peace and paradise

Loved the privacy of not being in the crowds. Everything needed for preparing meals was in the unit. The view is spectacular. The unit has been updated with new furniture so the pictures don’t do any justice of how nicer the unit is. It’s is north of downtown San Pedro so a golf cart was needed. Roads are very bumpy so if you have any back injuries it can be difficult with driving on wet bumpy roads. It was raining season so maybe it not as difficult when it’s dryer. Overall I would definitely stay at this home again

A lovely solo visit to Belize

The property was as listed. The others people staying at the property were fabulous. As a solo woman traveler I felt very safe. The x pats there showed me around and included me in activities. The dock , kayak and pool were very relaxing. Enough quiet around to read and meditate. It was a perfect balance. I do recommend a golf cart and print a map of the entire island before you get to Belize. Internet is not great around the island. Overall I highly recommend the location.

Nice but…

Loved the view and the apartment. Secluded from the noise of the busy town. This place is far north on the island. My only complaint is I wish they would have addressed the ants when I mentioned starting to see them. By the end of the trip they were all over the place even in the microwave and bathroom areas. We couldn’t even put our dinner on the table because the ants were so bad.

Just ok...

While the area was nice, pool was clean and the beach was beautiful, the unit itself was dirty and sheets appeared to not have been washed. Washing machine leaked when we ran it and had to lay down towels to soak up the water. The place is a bit too far north for our liking, took about 20 minutes on golf cart to get back to the areas where people congregated.

Very Dissatisfied

We recently stayed at this condo for 3 nights, and almost instantly regretted this decision. We were already staying on the island, and booked last minute. Because it was last minute, we hadn't arranged for anyone to meet us and bring us to the property (our fault). This is a fairly new property, and not on any of the maps on our phones. So finding it, or rather finding someone who knew where it was, was already a major challenge. (Everyone we called was in a different country and having a difficult time directing us on where to go) When we did find the location, we pulled up to workers milling about the property. There was no one there to greet us, other than the maintenance guy who is essentially the caretaker/security/information/ect. (he was really nice and helpful...as a side) When we walked into the condo, there was construction debris on the floor, as this unit didn't seem 100% ready for renters. I picked up 1 hard piece of plastic with a metal barb coming out of the top so we didn't puncture our feet. The rest of the rubble we brushed aside with our feet. The bedroom is positioned at the front of the condo (by the walkway entrance), with 2 large windows set about 4 feet off the ground. They did not have any curtains or any way to obstruct the view from the outside. So you could literally just walk up to our room and watch us sleep. There was a full 5 gallon Culligan bottle sitting in the kitchen, however there was no Culligan dispenser to put it on. In order to drink water, we had to lift the huge bottle and pour it out. On the subject of water, we stayed there for 3 nights without any hot water. While taking a shower the first night, we realized it went from cold to colder. We alerted the owners, the maintenance guy came to look at it, and determined that the heater didn't work, and they would not be able to fix it until after we left. So every night we had to use a wash cloth to clean off the salt, bug spray and suntan lotion from the day's events...terrible We had a TV but no cable. Granted we are on an island, and didn't care to watch TV, but even if we wanted to relax and surf, that option was not available. And lastly, the furniture had animal hair on it, and smelled musty along with all of the bedding, etc. There were no courtesy tide pods to at least do an initial wash to sleep in clean, non-stinky linens. We emailed the property manager with our issues of the condo while we were there, and she still has not responded.

Nice

The condo was very roomy for a one bedroom. Was decorated very nice and felt very homey and had a great beach feel. If any issues the maintenance people on the property were very prompt on fixing. Location was nice if you like to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet doable if wanted to go into town. Liked that there were a few places for eating and entertainment close by.

Blue Water Beach Villas is amazing! Great location to the reef! We kayaked out and snorkeled the reef for hours. Sun Deck is an awesome restaurant right next door. You will not be disappointed!!

Amazing!

This was our second time in Belize and we cannot get enough! The location is perfect! We took the kayaks out to the reef and snorkeled for hours! Sun Deck next door has fantastic food and hospitality. If you go to the dock around 4 pm local kayakers/fisherman come by with fresh lobster and fish! Secret beach is close and a must see! Get a gold cart and rent blue water beach villas, u won’t b disappointed!!!
