Lovely older home with two bedrooms upstairs, ample kitchen, dining room, and living room. Hot tub on back deck was wonderful! Fresh flowers and wine were nice touches. Centrally located.

This was a great location for my family to spend several days in Victoria. We walked to Fisherman's Wharf for dinner nearly every evening and went on a number of other interesting walks as well. The house was charming and comfortable. We would happily stay there again.

Wonderful location right by the wharf. Plenty of room for a large group. We enjoyed the back yard for relaxing and bird watching. The beds weren’t the most comfy, and no AC in the twin bedroom. Overall highly recommend.

Very clean, host was very accommodating, a special place with old time charm with many antiques. Yet, the home is very well equipped with a modern kitchen, up to date washrooms, hot tub on the deck, and many other amenities. The location is a great spot within easy walks to fisherman’s wharf, the harbor, Beacon Hill Park & the Breakwater Pier.

Great location/house

This house was perfect for our stay, it is a short walk to fisherman’s wharf. It is full of beautiful antiques & has lots of character. The kitchen is wonderful & stocked really well. The house was spotless & the washer & dryer & hot tub are bonuses. We will definitely stay here again

James Bay guest house

Very cute little house, location ideal close to everything, well stocked. Nice welcome with fresh flowers and a bottle of wine.Only downside was bed in second room not very comfortable.

Owner was super efficient, effective & friendly in their communication to us. Place was kept clean, neat & well equipped for our needs. Single bed could use some TLC but the main queen bed was very comfy. House is located steps away from Fisherman's Wharf & so many other Victoria attractions. Overall a wonderful place to check-in & chill out!

The house is excellent. Loved the hot tub. Great location and neighborhood. Very well equipped and spotless. Just wish I could have have stayed longer. Would be nice to have some music available. Hope to stay again.
