La casa è davvero immersa nel verde e isolata, abbiamo visto anche due cerbiatti che sono passati sotto casa. La vetta del Monte Nona, e altri percorsi, sono raggiungibili partendo a piedi da casa. Il borgo, anche se è capoluogo, non ha negozi di nessun tipo. Neanche bar. Per qualsiasi cosa occorre prendere l'auto. Abbiamo trascorso una bella settimana ma va ben segnalato che la casa è raggiungibile solo a piedi con l'ultimo tratto davvero poco agibile e inadatto a persone anziane (lo segnalo perché prima di partire avevo proposto a mia mamma di unirsi a noi, ma meno male non è venuta). Da non perdere: • Levigliani Wine Art (a inizio agosto) una festa dell'arte e del vino in un borgo storico vestito tutto a festa... Indimenticabile! • i trekking sulle alpi Apuane • Un giro a Pietrasanta.

Cara Signora La ringrazio per i suoi commenti. infatti non c e piu il bar ne l alimentari perché purtroppo i proprietari eranno vecchi e sono morti ma mi hanno detto che le cose stanno per cambiare. A proposito della casa nella descrizione dico benissimo che il sentiere non e adatto per le personne anziane o handicapata. Sono contenta che siete stati soddisfatti dei percorsi da fare vicini alla casa ed altri e spero che anche il vostro cagnolino ha approfittato del posto. Grazie di nuovo

10tägiger Aufenthalt August 22

Das Ferienhaus liegt idyllisch am Rand eines wunderschönen Dorfes in den Bergen. Der Zugang zum Haus selbst ist schwer zu finden- hierbei handelt es sich um eine Steig, welcher nur teilweise mit Steinstufen versehen ist. Nachts ist eine Taschenlampe dringend erforderlich- ansonsten ist der Weg nicht zu bewältigen. Aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit und der Nachlässigkeit der Reinigungskraft vor Ort- war das Haus bei unsere Ankunft leider in einem schlechten Zustand. Das gesamte Haus war erfüllt von einem stickigen, schimmeligen Gestank. Ursächlich hierfür waren nasse und schimmelige Handtücher in den Schränken und feuchte Putzlappen unter der Spüle. Bei unsere Ankunft waren die Betten mit Bettwäsche bezogen, jedoch die Kissen und Decken nicht gewaschen worden. Die Bettwäsche selbst roch, wie die Hand- und Trockentücher in der Küche muffig. Der Badzimmermüll war nicht geleert und die Dusche nur unzureichend gereinigt. Die Ausstattung allgemein entspricht der Objektbeschreibung, jedoch ist auch hier teilweise eine mangelnde Pflege und Instandhaltung zu bemerken. Dies ist schade, da so der Gesamteindruck des Hauses- trotz modernem Bad und neuer Küche- deutlich leidet. Für die Terrasse haben wir ein Sonnensegel mitgebracht- dies würden wir dringend empfehlen, da man sonst im Sommer diesen Bereich kaum nutzen kann. In Stazzema selbst gibt es einen schattigen Platz mit Parkbänken und einen kleinen Spielplatz mit Wiese vor der Kirche. Hier geht immer ein angenehmes Lüftchen und man kann der Hitze ein bisschen entfliehen. Der nächste Ort mit Strand ist Forte dei marmi -er ist innerhalb von ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar und hat einen schönen öffentlichen Strand. In den Dörfer nach Forte dei marmi gibt es einige kleine nette Lokale und Cafés, sowie Lebensmittelläden.

Madame, vos commentaires sont de très mauvaise foi car en effet la maison était parfaitement propre à votre arrivée. C est vous qui avez laissé en partant la maison dans un état lamentable, les draps sont irrécupérables car plein de tâches qui ne partent plus, toutes vos poubelles laissées dehors dont d innombrables bouteilles vides, la lumière laissee allumée ainsi que les prises anti moustiques toujours branchées....... vous n avez eu aucun respect pour la maison c est la première fois que cela arrive. Les coussins et couvertures ont été lavés par mes soins en début de saison et le linge ne sentait aucunement le moisi, tous les locataires qui sont passés avant vous ont été très satisfaits. En fait vous avez trouvé des faux prétextes pour ne pas payez les prestations supplémentaires facultatives dont les draps et serviettes. Vous êtes partis comme des voleurs et en laissant la maison pourrie, la femme de ménage m a envoyé les photos. C est une honte et je plains les personnes qui vont vous louer leur logement. Vous n êtes pas du tout recommandable et espère ne plus avoir à faire avec des personnes comme vous. Cela me servira tout de même de leçon et dorénavant je ne proposerai plus l option draps et ménage

Wer es gerne ruhig mag...

Sehr sauberes, gut modernisiertes Haus in einem alten kleinen Bergdorf. Zugang tatsächlich etwas steil, beeindruckende Flora und Fauna (inklusive Mücken ;-)). Ideal zum Bergwandern, zum Meer geht es 12 km bergab, dort und auf dem Weg gibt es die gesamte Infrastruktur für den alltäglichen Bedarf. Wer es ruhig und in der Natur mag, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Vacances en famille !

Super séjour dans la maison de Chantal. Au calme pour les soirées en famille et bien située pour visiter le nord de la Toscane (Pise, Lucca...) et du sud de la Ligurie (cinque Terre). Promenades dans les villages de Montagne et la plage à proximité ! Gite agréable à vivre, très confortable et très propre !

Basis für einen gelungenen Familienurlaub

Wir haben als Familie (zwei Kinder, 5/10) in diesem ruhigen und geschmackvollen Ferienhaus drei sehr schöne Sommerwochen im August verbracht. Ob des steilen und stellenweise unbefestigten Aufstiegs zum Haus selbst werden wir in Zukunft wohl etwas genauer darauf achten, was wirklich mitgenommen werden muss. Das Haus selbst hat alles, was man braucht, die Küche ist funktional und recht gut bestückt, das Badezimmer geschmackvoll und kompakt, die Betten bequem und die Terrassen — so fern die Wolken nicht gerade die phänomenale Aussicht auf die Berge vermiesen — sonnig und warm. Die Temperatur liegt einige Grad unter der an der Küste, was uns im August durchaus zupass kann. Wir haben trotzdem ein Tuch über die Terrasse gespannt, um unsere Mahlzeiten nicht in der prallen Sonne genießen zu müssen. Stazzema selbst bietet tolle Wandermöglichkeiten, Karten sind im Haus teilweise vorhanden. Der Fluss in der dritten Haarnadelkurve abwärts ist an heißen Tagen eine gute Option zur Abkühlung (und für Kaulquappenliebhaber ein Muss Anfang August), ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich die Straße abwärts und zu den schönen, unbewirtschafteten Stränden südlich von Viareggio braucht man ca. 50 Mintuten (was den Kindern etwas Geduld abverlangt, die aber immer durch das Erlebnis am Meer aufgewogen wurde). Last but not least bleibt der freundliche und stets hilfsbereite und unbürokratische Kontakt zur Vermieterin Chantal hervorzuheben: sie war immer für Fragen erreichbar und hat viele Hinweise zu guten Restaurants und Wandermöglichkeiten geben können. Merci pour Tour, chère Chantal, on va revenir une autre fois, si vous permettez.

Je suis contente que vous soyez satisfaits de votre séjour malgré le problème du soleil le midi pour manger. En effet en général le midi on s installe de l autre côté de la maison à la fraîcheur des arbres et on installe même les transats pour effectuer une éventuelle sieste. Sehr angenehme, ruhige Lage. Für uns zwei war sehr viel Platz in dem Haus - auch zu viert käme man hier gut unter. Die Küche ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Für die warmen Nächte wünschten wir uns noch Mückengitter vor den Fenstern der Schlafzimmer. Für uns war die Lage sehr gut. Es war ein guter Ausgangspunkt sowohl für die Besichtigung kultureller Sehenswürdigkeiten als auch für Städte und auch für Wanderungen in die Berge. Von der Terasse des Hauses hat man die Bergziele vor Augen.

Schönes kleines haus in die bergen für die perfekte ruhe.

Gut ausgestattet. Ein Abenteuer um zu dem Haus zu kommen, erst gut 50 stufen und danach noch 30 meter auf ein steigendes Bergpfad. Doch wann man angekommen ist hast man das pure genoss von Natur und ruhe. Einige unangenehme sind die Moskitos die sich auch gerne dort aufhalten.
