Casa Ylenia, part of a small housing complex, with private entrance, is completely renovated and extends over two floors! On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with a fully equipped TV. Also on the ground floor there is a sitting room with TV. From the living room you can access directly into the internal courtyard of the house, furnished with table, chairs and barbecue - suitable place for an outdoor dinner in peace. The house has three large bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom. Casa Ylenia is furnished with taste and love for detail - suitable for a relaxing, quiet and surrounded by greenery. Car parking in front of the property. Also in front of the house we find a small outdoor lounge with sea view, equipped with umbrella, table and chairs - ideal for drinking a good glass of Tuscan wine while enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Casa Ylenia is located in a strategic position - a few kilometers by car we find all the largest cities of art, such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca etc. After a busy day, Casa Ylenia, offers tranquility and retreat.

An amazing place hold by amazing people

An ideal place to stay if you want to enjoy the beauty of toscane. Away from the turistic rush, we got to visit cinque terre, pistoia, pisa, firenze and even go to the beach. Laura, the owner, has been more than welcoming. We highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay!

We can't say enough good things about this property. The owners are wonderful hosts and made us feel so at home and welcomed into their world. So peaceful, clean and relaxing, we didn't want to leave. Would 100 percent recommend a stay here.

Just beautiful and warm

Chiatri, ToscanaThe location was exactly what I was looking for: set on a hill where the air is cooler than in the nearby coastal towns, and wonderfully quiet. It’s about a 40-minute drive to Lido di Camaiore or Marina di Pietrasanta, and just 25 minutes to Lucca. If you enjoy cycling, this is an excellent base — I explored the area with my road bike and loved it.The house has four rooms, three of which are bedrooms. We spent most of our time in the kitchen and on the front porch, which is especially beautiful in the evenings — perfect for relaxing after a day out. By Swiss standards, the interior was clean and well-kept.There are a few mosquitoes in the evening (around 8–9 PM), but Laura had prepared everything to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets, and she also provided natural repellents — we only needed to use them a couple of times.The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the hosts even agreed to my request to turn it off at night, which I appreciated since I prefer to sleep without devices or unnecessary frequencies.The real highlight, though, is experiencing Laura and Federico’s way of life: caring for their home, gardening, raising their children, going to work, and producing excellent red wine and olive oil.Laura speaks Italian, English, and French, and is an excellent local guide, full of useful information about the region.Travel tip: Avoid the free beaches around Viareggio. Top Haus, wunderbare Gastgeber Laura und Frederico. Unbedingt auch den Wein von Frederico probieren. Im Gasthaus Prado Verde kann man wunderbar essen und trinken. Toskana von einer perfekten Seite erlebt. Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit in der Ferienwohnung in dem kleinen und idyllisch gelegenen Bergdorf Chiatri. Die Anfahrt dahin ist wirklich sehr kurvig, aber dafür ist es ruhiger und auch etwas kühler als im Tal. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem alten traditionellen Haus und geht über drei Stockwerke. Die kleine Terrasse ist hinter dem Haus. Den Meerblick hat man vor dem Haus. Alles ist (bis auf eine fehlende Spülmaschine) wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und richtig authentisch eingerichtet. Wir haben in den Betten auch wirklich gut geschlafen. Die Vermieter wohnen gegenüber und sind unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Sohn hat es geliebt mit Ihrem Hund zu spielen. Man ist in ca. 35 Minuten in Viareggio und in ca. 25 Minuten in Lucca. Die deutschen Fernsehsender haben unsere Kinder auch gerne genutzt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort Urlaub machen!

Idylle und Erholung pur

Sehr freundliche und herzliche Vermieter. Idyllische Lage, etwas abseits, d.h. Zum Strand mit Pkw ca. 40 Min., Einkaufen 20 Min. Dafür ein kleines Paradies. Tolles Restaurant Da Marino - Menü für 25 von der Vorspeise bis zum Caffè, tutti completti, unbedingt einplanen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Für uns war der Urlaub ein Traum. Wir wurden herzlich von Donata in Empfang genommen. Laura und Frederico sind super Gastgeber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, waren oft mit unserem Sohn am Strand und haben auch viel von der Umgebung gesehen.

Das erste mal in Italien

Wir waren das erste mal in Italien und hatten mit der Unterkunft bei Laura und Federico das super wohlfühl Programm bekommen. Donata die uns unten im Dorf abgeholt hat ist eine sehr herzliche Frau und ist auch für Fragen immer erreichbar. Das Haus liegt in den Bergen und hat eine super Aussicht auf das Meer und hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr sauber. Wir hatten das Haus ohne Pool beim nächsten Aufenthalt werde ich das mit Pool nehmen :). Das Meer ist ca 30 min entfernt nach Lucca ca 40 min. Also ich kann eine Reise dorthin nur empfehlen und freue mich auf ein Wiedersehen 😀

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit 2 Terrassen

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage. Guter Ausgangspunkt um die Toskana zu erkunden. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Je nach Tageszeit liegt eine der Terrassen immer im Schatten, so dass man immer entscheiden kann, ob man in der Sonne sitzen möchte oder etwas kühler im Schatten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Toskanische Idylle

Wir waren eine Woche in dem Haus, das nach der Tochter der Vermieter benannt ist. Laura und Federico wohnen gegenüber und sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Dasselbe gilt auch für die Vermittlerin Donata, die zudem auch noch Deutsch spricht. Das Haus ist renoviert, hat zwei Terrassen und ist gut ausgestattet. Dank Satellitenfernseher konnten wir das EM-Auftaktspiel gegen die Schotten im ZDF bewundern. Hinter dem Haus bestaunten wir nachts umherschwirrende Glühwürmchen. Die Zufahrt erfolgt teils über enge Serpentinenstraßen. Opernfans erfreuen sich über Puccinis Villen und Museen in der Umgebung. Der schiefe Turm von Pisa ist nicht weit entfernt. Auch Carrara, Vinci, Florenz, Siena, Volterra und San Gimignano sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Eine tolle Erfahrung.

Hügel und Meer

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in der Casa Ylenia verbracht. Das Haus ist wirklich gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Mückenschutzgitter vor den Fenstern waren ein echtes Plus. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beide sind sehr darauf bedacht, dass alles gut in Schuss ist. Der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus war prima. Wir fühlten uns hervorragend von Donata betreut. Sie war wirklich in allen Fragen ansprechbar, kannte sich in der Gegend wunderbar aus und konnte tolle Tipps geben. Dafür danken wir noch einmal sehr herzlich!

Petite maison à étage située sur les hauteurs très bien entretenue et très propre. Propriétaires très sympathiques. Très bon accueil. Honnêtement, rien à redire hormis peut-être un peu loin de la mer mais très bien située pour visiter PISE, LUCQUES, FLORENCE, LES CINQUE TERRE, LIVOURNE... Le tout géré avec beaucoup de passion. Eine Woche Erholung in der Toskana

Wir haben einen schönen Aufenthalt genossen. Die Vermieter als auch die Besitzer haben uns herzlich Willkommen geheißen. Der eigene Wein ist von guter Qualität. Wir waren begeistert! Das Haus im Ganzen ist genau wie man sich ein toskanisches Haus vorstellt, nur hochwertig und liebevoll saniert. Wir haben uns sehr schnell heimig gefühlt und nichts vermisst. Die Örtlichkeit bietet eine gute Ausgangslage für den Besuch der städtischen Höhepunkte Lucca, San Giminiano, Pisa, etc. Auch das Meer ist in Sichtweite. Die zunächst scheinbar etwas abgelegene, höhere Lage hat den Vorteil von größerer Ruhe und angenehmeren Temperaturen. Trotzdem bleib die Gastronomie in Laufreichweite... Kurzum: Es war großartig!

Kleines Paradies in den Bergen

Die Vermieter und Vor-Ort-Betreuerin Donata sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir bekamen jede Menge Tipps, leckere frisch gepflückte Pflaumen und selbst angebauten Wein direkt im Weinkeller des schönen Ferienhauses. An den Stränden von Viareggio ist man trotz der Lage des Ferienhauses in den Bergen recht schnell, das wunderschöne Lucca erreicht man in weniger als einer halben Stunde Autofahrt. Wir haben uns alle besonders wohl gefühlt.

Wohlfühlhaus abseits des Touristentrubels

Wir waren fünf Tage zu Gast in dem mit viel Liebe renovierten und eingerichteten Ferienhaus von Laura und Federico und waren vom ersten Moment an ganz begeistert vom Haus, der Gegend und natürlich auch den Gastgebern, die uns immer wieder mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten überrascht haben. Wer nicht unbedingt einen Pool braucht, nicht mitten im Touristentrubel wohnen möchte und auch gerne Kontakt zu den Landsleuten hat, der ist hier genau richtig. In Empfang genommen wurden wir von der deutschsprachigen Vermittlerin Donata, die ebenfalls sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit ist. In Punkto Sauberkeit bekommt das Haus definitiv alle möglichen Punkte und noch einen oben drauf.

Traumurlaub

Dank sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern, hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub. Das Haus hatte alles was man braucht und zu 100% sauber. Die zwei Terrassen, der eigene Parkplatz vor dem Haus und ein bisschen TV aus der Heimat, fanden wir besonders gut. In der Umgebung haben wir jede Menge unternommen. Somit kam Langeweile für Eltern und Kinder niemals auf. Unsere Reiseleiterin Donata war jeden Tag für uns da. Alle unsere Wünsche konnte Sie möglich machen. Ein toller Urlaub, vielen Dank
