Relax in this beautifully decorated, modern yet warm single-family beach home any time of year. The highlight is the private heated pool (32' x 15') with a tanning ledge, steps, shallow end at 4', deep end at 6', bubbler, deck jets, and color-changing lights. Surrounding the pool, lounge chairs, a gas fire pit, and a large seating area create the perfect outdoor oasis. The pool typically remains open through October.
Centrally located near downtown Rehoboth, Dewey Beach, Tanger outlets, Jungle Jim's Water Park, and bike trails, the home offers a quiet, secluded retreat while keeping you close to all the action.
Inside, the spacious home sleeps eight comfortably with two ground-level primary bedrooms or two second-floor bedrooms with twin beds. The open-concept main level includes a well-appointed kitchen, dining for eight, a large island with extra seating, a loft area with workspace, futon, and Yogibo bean bags, full washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and expanded cable. Every detail is designed to make your stay feel like home—only better.
Additional amenities include private off-street parking for 3–4 cars, an outdoor shower, front porch with seating, side patio with gas grill and fire pit, ceiling fans, ping-pong table, and electronic keypad entry for smooth check-in and check-out.
Located east of Route 1, the home offers easy access to the beach and boardwalk by walk or bike, combining proximity to downtown with a peaceful, private setting. Linens are available for rental. The pool was great, the house is open and comfortable. Neighbors were nice. Fresh fruit market across the street and great coffee within walking distance. Ocean, boardwalk, shopping close but none of the intrusiveness that can accompany these fabulous features

The property was nice. the pool made it even better. There is lots of early morning traffic from local businesses that can be noisy. The stairs to the outside were plentiful but hard to use for older adults that need a railing. An easy fix. Also comfort level toilets are needed for everyone. These improvements would help all levels of renters.

Great Family Vacation Home

As were 6 adults, being over a mile from the beach wasn't a problem as it was an easy bike ride there. The open and spaciousness of the house made it fun and relaxing. The kitchen had every tool and gadget you may need to make cooking meals at home easy. The only things missing were full length mirrors and dressers in the bedrooms. Also would have been nice to have more outside furniture and maybe a fire pit in the backyard. We had a great week and would certainly recommend the place.

Great Place For A Long Weekend Catchup

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and immaculately clean property! The kitchen was well-equipped, though the stove had a bit of a learning curve—nothing we couldn't handle. Unfortunately, the weather was less than ideal with thunderstorms and also being unusually cold, which meant we couldn't enjoy the pool and outdoor spaces. However, the house itself provided a warm and cozy refuge. We spent delightful evenings around the dining room table, catching up and playing games. Despite the weather, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, thanks to this lovely home!

For the price of 7,300 for a week, one would expect 2 King beds. Overall aesthetics of the house were just mediocre. Safety issue with no handrail on front and back porch. Umbrella table would be nice in the pool area. I’ve never stayed ANYWHERE where you had to bring your own bed linens, towels and pillow case. Very strange. For the price it only sleeps 8 people. One would expect more bedrooms. The couch needs to be cleaned. It was dirty with stains. We really enjoyed the pool and fire pit. I wouldn’t stay here again. It was just average in my opinion.

As expected

The rental was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean and everything was in working order. We felt the kitchen was well equipped and there was ample room to store everything. The pool was delightful. We had family members of all ages and everyone enjoyed the pool. The down side was the beds. They were very uncomfortable and need to be replaced. I feel like I read this in a review a few years ago and I figured the beds would be changed by now.

Perfect Rehoboth Week

Our family had been planning for over 3yrs To return to Rehoboth and spent a lot of time researching homes, locations, property rental companies, etc. I selected this VRBO without telling anyone and it turned out to be the best decision and it made our trip perfect. Location: right outside of town, across from canal Corcoran neighborhood and across from a great brewery/food that had great wood fired wings and pizzas Home: very well appointed with nice showers, bathrooms and appliances. House had more than we expected and it was clean, safe and comfortable. Pool: oh my, easily the best part of the house, we swam every day, morning and night and the heated pool was a real treat and it made the trip after coming home from the beach Communication with owner and VRBO: easy, super responsive and helpful, highly recommend!

Relaxing Oasis

This property is a peaceful and beautiful home. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. There are yard games, some board games, pool supplies, grill and beach chairs. We enjoyed the pool area every single day and the fire in the evening. It was so relaxing. The nearby market is nice for produce and the evening activities at the brewery were enjoyable. If you enjoy being close to the beach and boardwalk be aware it is a mile away. We personally did not find that bothersome. Easy walk or bike ride, plus there is a parking pass for downtown. The property is very centrally located and the Junction & Breakwater bike trail. Overall the place is fabulous! Our only constructive feedback is to consider better bedding. Thanks for a very enjoyable week!

Loved the Pool

Very beautiful property. The house looks exactly like the pictures. We spent most of the time in the pool and were very happy. It is about a 30 minute walk to beach but was a nice walk to see the shops and more Rehobooth had to offer. Some cons to be made aware of: - The beds upstairs were extremely uncomfortable. The floor was softer. - The oven is very confusing to work not like a normal oven. - We did have a local come to our door insisting we give him money for his wife’s medicine. We called the police and Rehobooth police does not service that area you had to call state police.

Exceptional vacation house

We were extremely pleased with this house. The cleanliness of the house and pool were second to none. It provided all you needed after a day at the beach. A short bike ride to the boardwalk is all it took for a night of fun at funland. The property is situated in a great area. Just north is Lewes where we found a new favorite brewery in Crooked Hammock and great hoagies in Casapullas subs. Also just down the street is a great coffee house named The Point. East stroll for great coffee in the morning. Also this house is directly across the street from a local brewery named revelation for those that prefer craft brews. We’re were only minutes from the state park (tower beach) where parking for a day at the beach is a breeze. Not all that necessary because this house comes with a parking pass. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the house was very comfortable. We enjoyed our vacation thoroughly in this house.

Beautiful home and pool

We rented this property for our family which included our grown children and their significant others. We enjoyed the location and the amazing pool. The house was very clean. As you will read in older reviews the uncomfortable beds are an issue. The 4 twin beds were replaced during our stay and our adult children said it made a huge difference even though they still squeaked. The king and queen beds were ok but by the end of the week we all felt it in our backs. They should definitely be replaced also. And maybe that is planned? The listing states 3-4 car parking. We made it work but this should be changed to a 3 car MAX!! Unless they remove the shrubbery and place some stone. Do NOT try to park cars side by side unless you like a challenge. Overall great place to stay. Brewery across the street. Rehobeth eateries within a nice walking distance

Great Rehoboth stay

Loved the property. It was perfect size for my family. Modern and had everything we needed. Pool was great for the kids (especially since it was heated!) and they loved the little loft. It was a little musty and dusty when we walked in, but not too bad (maybe we were the first to stay in a while?). Also wish there had been some shade in the backyard pool. No umbrellas or anything near the pool. Otherwise great stay!

A wonderful getaway with family

Remax was accessible, pleasant, and answered all questions immediately. The home was open and spacious and very clean. The heated swimming pool enabled post Labor Day stay an extended summer fun. I spent a long weekend with daughter and her family, including an infant. The objective was to relax and gather before her maternity leave ended. The home and pool was perfect in keeping her other two sons happily occupied. We would love to return next year to include not only amenities but also take advantage of beach area and town. A wonderful home and stay.

Location was great. Plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance, and easy bike ride to the boardwalk. Loved having the craft brewery and food trucks just a street over. Pool was awesome. Parking pass was key. We drove down beyond the boardwalk and got a spot right at the beach access every morning.

Perfect Memorial Day Weekend!

Despite the weather of rain, this home met all of our expectations... & MORE. We were a group of 8 adults and 4 kids, under 3. From the location, to the details of the home, it was the perfect get away. Communication w/RE/MAX was exceptional. Minus a run-in w/ the neighbors at the end, we would definitely recommend this property & hope to stay again next year. Clean!! Beautiful!

My family has been going to DE/MD for a long time and have stayed in a lot of places. This was by far the cleanest!!! All of the appliances and dishes were in great condition. The house itself was beautiful and the outside area by the pool was great. The tanning deck was great for my toddlers who loved splashing around. We also went to the boardwalk which was super close and to Lewes Beach, also very close. There was a cute craft beer place a few hundred yards from the house. We really liked the location and the neighbors were friendly so it made for a nice relaxing week.

This is our second year staying at this house. It's a fantastic place and we really enjoy it. My kids love the loft and we love how close it is to down town and the bike trail. Property is very modern and new.
